Property was Disgusting
Checked in at 6pm, contacted the host about the property and no reply for two hours! Contact VRBO directly, There were Roaches in the dishwasher with dirty dishes, carpets were stained Everywhere! Blankets on bed had what looked like bodily fluids on them! Everything was absolutely disgusting! Sent pictures to Vrbo and they contacted the host! He clearly stated that that he would refund and now has refused to do so! Because we decided that we would find another place to stay! Do Not Use This Place!

Got exactly what we paid for
While not mentioned in the listing, this apartment is not in the best of neighborhoods. Once inside the apartment is sparse but clean and serviceable. Be aware there is no consumables provided and no way to make coffee in the morning. We did have a couple of small issues while there (incessant beeping of a electronic lock due to the batteries going out and the temperature being much warmer than comfortable). The management staff was available and quickly responsive and did what they could to resolve our issues and quickly as possible.

I was unable to stay at this property. We arrived and were immediately on edge. It looked like an unsafe area, and the blinds in the windows were broken. After parking, we entered through a broken gate. We were given a code to enter the building and that worked. Our reservation was for apartment 1, but the codes listed said Apartment 1A and 1B. The door said Apartment 1. By the time I figured out what we needed to do, we had been locked out by the system. The system also beeped at us that the battery needed to be changed. It took 10 minutes through the app messenger for the host to reply. During that time, cars had pulled up around us, and they were just sitting there with their lights on us. We were quite uncomfortable for our safety. The message back from the host did not offer to reset the code box, so we left and stayed elsewhere. When I told the host we didn't stay there because we didn't feel safe and we couldn't get in, the host told me they had already sent the codes to get in. I have no idea what it looks like inside this property because I wasn't able to get in.

Plenty of room, each bedroom is a good size. Beds are comfortable, furnishings are minimal, does not look like the pictures. VRBO agent friendly and very responsive. HVAC system is loud. Neighborhood clearly does not have an HOA. My first VRBO and probably my last.

It had everything we needed. It was not too far from everything and it was better than what expected. Especially the bathroom, it was newly renovated.

This property was a mess! It was dirty, had roaches,and my husband killed a bed bug🤬
We were furious from the moment we walked in.The walls was filthy! The furniture was so dirty with old food on them that we couldn't even sit at the table to eat!!! Holes in the walls, the property manager was easy to get in contact with but all she did was made excuses on why the apartment wasn't clean. We wanted out of there! I have pictures of everything. My husband killing the beg bug was it!!!. We left less than 24hrs after arriving there and we had to stay in a near by hotel! We only had to wait 2 days for our money back,but 2 days is a long time when you didn't plans on having put out extra money! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Like I said I have all the pictures to prove it and this place should not be allowed on this website!!!

Good points & not so good points
Good points - Easy to reserve; host responded in a timely fashion to concerns; quiet neighborhood; close to airport without plane noise; good size rooms; good water pressure; access to washer & dryer downstairs. Not so good - Not the best of neighborhoods - trash everywhere; dirty dishes in dishwasher; rusty cookware but host bought new set when notified; small bathroom; apt not insulated very well - can hear upstairs neighbors walking; suggested to post “quiet time sign”. Overall we had a fairly good 2 1/2 week trip because the upstairs was only rented out a few nights of our stay. Owners are nice and live nearby. They are in the process of renovating & upgrading the property. Once they get everything done this apt will be more desirable.

The place looked as though someone had a party and didn't clean up all the way. The toilet clogged immediately. And it smelled like someone just smoked a big fat joint.

The decor was nice and the furnishings were comfortable. However, there was no toilet paper holder. It was just placed on the top of the tank. A couple times it fell on the floor when we were reaching for it. It was an ok place.
