The house had a few redeeming features—most notably, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. The pool area was clearly neglected, which was the main reason we booked this property. Even worse, the pool and spa heaters weren’t working during our stay, making the hot tub unusable. This was a huge letdown and significantly impacted our time there.Despite reaching out to the host with our concerns, the resolution offered felt inadequate given the circumstances.I typically don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel transparency is essential for future guests. If the pool and general upkeep are addressed, this could be a great stay, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it based on our experience.
