提早到辦理入房登記也非常迅速，喜歡飯店到處香香的，環境舒適鬧中取靜，早餐非常豐富～泳池雖不大很夠孩子玩 ，最後一天晚上的飛機所以退房後繼續玩 沐浴很方便 孩子也在遊戲室玩到不想離開

非常好的一間酒店，酒店分面知道我和太太慶祝周年紀念，主動免費upgrade 客房。員工不但親切有禮，在很多方面都會主動幫忙，各方面都能夠感覺到很用心地做。下次來一定要住這間酒店❤️

整個酒店環境內外都十分美觀，衛生可以，房間整潔，酒店員工大部份都很友善有禮，唯獨不足的是…到了晚上酒店內會有很多昆蟲走出來而導致不敢外出，鹽蛇曱甴蚊子……早上游泳時泳池會看見蜜蜂曱甴的屍體。

Good location which is right opposite to a night market at Patong. Staff are nice and try to be helpful but seems a bit lack of sufficient staff as the response to request is kind of slow consider this is a Grand Mercure. Everyroom gets a pool view which makes us in good vibies during the stay. Shuttle bus is available to nearyby sightseeing spots which save you some walking under the sun!

Disappointed Check In Services
we feel disappointed, as when we arrived to hotel lobby, no one come to pick up our luggage's and show us the check in reception area. Until we go inside to ask for and she looks like a black face to us for the check in services. And this is birthday trip for my husband, i have told the manager before using email. But then they get a big mistakes with wrong date. Feel very upset for this. Another services and room is good.

酒店位置尚算靠近市中心及芭東海灘, 步行大約在15分鐘. 住宿了一晚但試過停電. 洗手間不太user friendly, 有點暗及有污穢, 天花板有蜘蛛網. 價錢跟實際住宿環境相對不算太便宜, 但可接受. 酒店服務員服務不錯及態度友善.
