Keemala hotel has beautiful gardens and landscaping architecture but there are a lot mosquitoes everywhere, I had to use a mosquito spray and 2 Anti Mosquito Bracelet daily. Even then I had more than 50 plus mosquito bites on my body. Keemala hotel has quality food but limited choices. Reception has one staff called May, she is very helpful and friendly. And I saw something surprising when the housekeeping staff came to clean my room. They drop the Quilt and pillows on the carpet, when they change the beddings after which they put back all the things on my bed...very dirty indeed! And whilst cleaning the bathroom, they put the broom on hangers very close to my pajamas. I did not expect such unhygienic services from a five-star hotel.
