這間酒店原来有2座，beach side 及lake side ，但我訂时也不知道自己是訂那座，beach side 是新式冷氣大堂，lake side 是泰式无冷氣大堂，我被安排入住lake side。 房間大，床舒適，服务人員態度親切有禮，早餐款式多元化，好味道，泳池大，環境好，比beach side 寧静，如床上的棉被厚一点更好，下次再来乜會入住，希望下次再訂时，綱站會顯示訂的是那座酒店，謝謝。 我也想知道自己今次是訂那座的？

酒店的位置非常方便, 無論購物,食肆,娛樂都一应俱全, 酒店內的設施也十分之好, 非常欣赏他的健身房和游泳池, 而自助早餐的食物選擇, 品種也很多, 唯一美中不足就是杯咖啡。其他十分滿意, 再到普吉一定再入住這酒店。

The location is great. It is very convenience for shopping and going to the beach and Bangla Street. Staff of the hotel are very helpful and polite. We stayed at Lakeside Wing which is much better than the Beachside wing. The restaurant, the balcony and swimming pool are much better than Beachside wing. Breakfast is good and menu changes frequently. The lighting in room is not sufficient. The coffee bar should not put just next to the washing basin.

這間酒店特別之處是特別多的印巴籍客人。然後床鋪有一鼓味道，而中央空調也是透出一種特別的味道，有鼻敏感朋友表示不適。但也明白是不可變因素，也許是酒店有些年紀的緣故吧。浴室能看見一些小昆蟲，雖則無傷大雅。最大優點是，地理位置確是100分。

May be not the best but the most convenient hotel in Phuket. Next to th most big shopping mall and Big C supetmarket, Patong street hot events just few minutes walk. Free parking. Excellent swimming pool and big hotel room. But the breakfast has no many selection.

第一次去布吉, 感覺良好愉快; 住進這酒店也愉快; 地點位於中心點去哪裡都、購物及按摩都非常方便; 這次是住 Lakeside Tower 這邊, 設施是較舊, 房間廁所門開關有問題, 冷氣是不能調較晚間睡覺時會較嘈, 早上在餐廳食早餐時也有非常多蒼蠅, 食物沒有蓋好, 食物款式不太多選擇, 食物質數一般啦...下次會試住新果邊體驗下 :)

舊了好多，大堂員工好像有點不喜歡華人
訂了3間房，有間洗手盆爆的，有間衛生間好殘的，洗手盆在走廊枱上，不是在衛生間的。大堂員工沒有笑容，好像不喜歡中國人似的，我講英文才好點，旁邊有對講國語的情侶在溝通上有點不開心。

今次住pool access 房兩晚，一心諗住房間直接落水就係大泳池， 點知安排左room1453 corner房，雖然一出都可直接落水，但就對住幅牆，要游過幅牆先可到大泳池，與相片有落差，感覺好失望，故立即向reception 反映，因如比此房價，就係想可見大泳池，初時reception 表示full book , 若要轉房可能要等第二天才可换，係再三要求下，職員最终都能更换另一房間 , 可見佢地對客人既要求都重视，值得一讚！除room1453, 1454, 1455, 1456,都係面對幅牆既pool access 房
