For the captioned, we really boiled in my patience and extremely disappointed to your service provided to me again as my stay on your 5-stars managed villas as follow:
1. We had been provided a grill on 10-Mar-2016 under the grantee facilities and enjoy our first day of smooth arrangement in our vocation finally after your said Free Upgrade but in fact there was No 3-bed villas in your company can be provided.
2. After we had back to our Villa-Tayo (the one that your mentioned as Free Upgraded), your staff had not mentioned anything that then move the charcoal grill away without any prior notice. After negotiated with your staff and she claim she thought we have no use on this and our villa were not included the grill! Moreover, she finally asked your another staff to provide us another Rusty Gas Grill to us, is there any preferences that your customer will enjoy a rusty grill to have BBQ in your villas before? I really interest on this but of course, you haven't any liabilities to provide me any answer on this!
3. How can your arrangement without prior notice and move away the facilities that you provide to customer? We bought hundreds of things that can be enjoyed in our 4th day that we can enjoyed in your villa finally but can be removed away without prior notice.
