“L'Albergo è raffinato,molto spazioso e con dotazioni artistiche (quadri,tappetti, arabeschi,salotti) e rifiniture di pregio. Bellissima la fontana esterna e il lungo corridoio che collega l'hotel Dino al Simplion (una galleria d'arte) . La 2 piscine sono molto belle e pulite e dotate di spogliatoi forniti. La spiaggia riservata con la struttura portante è magnifica. Vi sono moltissime sale conferenze. Il personale è accogliente , gentile e molto professionale. Raccomando la qualità del caffè……

“Hotel is nice enough and clean with good lake views and just a quick walk to the water. It is further away from the station, boats and most shops but the panoramic walk between is very nice. I booked this hotel specifically partly due to the mentioned airport shuttle for a surcharge listed on expedia which does not exist. They offered to call a taxi for €180 which is hardly a "surcharge". Also I was frustrated by the lack of coffee or kettle in room; there was a breakfast available but hours……

“5 minutes walk to the train station, very convenient for travelers. Quiet and clean room. The bedding is comfortable. However, the water of bathroom is not hot enough for showering. Overall is good and satisfied.”

“Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention.”

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Royal however we do have to unfortunately mention the male bar staff that was very unhelpful when we asked for a drinks around 5.30 we were asked to wait as he was preparing bar snacks for 7 o’clock, while he then asked what we wanted he was unwilling to give us the 2 glasses of wine, and said we could buy the bottle which we declined. The reception, cleaning, breakfast staff were all very helpful.”
