This property is NOT a 5* It is a passable 4 at best. Pool out of action, wasn’t made aware we came. As a family of 4, was the reason we came. No air conditioning in the room. Areas in need of updating and repainting in common areas.overall, would not stay here again if I was looking for a 5* hotel. If I knew it was 4* and pool would be out of action I would be happier as I would have gone elsewhere.

Lovely, clean Hotel - housekeeping everyday, everything that was used was automatically replaced - staff were accommodating - lovely room with mini-bar (you pay for what you've had when you leave) there is a restaurant on site which serves very high quality produce so is a little expensive but so worth it. The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk into Pisa town which is a great location as you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town.We would definately visit again👌

El personal antipáticos, les falta empatía con los clientes, a más la habitación sólo un día cambiaron sábanas y la limpiaron, de 6 días. Tuve que en la recepción hacerles la petición de que la limpiarán. Para ser 5 estrellas?

Schlimmstes Hotel was wir jemals in Italien besucht haben. Aggressives und unfreundliches Personal. Hohe Verletzungsgefahr auf dem Flur, da kein Licht vorhanden war. Im Badezimmer bestand auch mehr als Verletzungsgefahr. Das Hotel ist mehr Schein als sein.

L'hotel oltre alla Hall sembra abbandonato a se stesso, camere che puzzano di cibo, maniglie rotte che no ti permettono di uscire perché rimanevano in mano. La doccia otturata quindi l'acqua stagnava,, macchinetta del caffè senza caffè. In sintesi una delusione non merita per niente le 5 stelle.

Property was average overall. Staff was very courteous, which was a bonus, and my room was clean and prepped for my arrival. The only issue that prompted me to give the average rating was the fitness center. Or lack there of. I chose this hotel because it was one of few in the area that had a fitness center. However, the morning I went to utilize it, it was essentially nonexistent. The room had been gutted, likely for renovations, and there was only an unplugged elliptical machine left inside. Something like that doesn’t happen spontaneously, so it would’ve been nice to know that prior to booking.

Très bien placé
Joli hôtel très bien placé. À 15 min de la tour de Pise. Il y a un parking gratuit devant l’hôtel. Bon buffet pour le déjeuné dans un espace moderne. Lit très confortable. On voit que c’est un beau hôtel mais qui devrait être un peu rénové…. c’est dommage car le cadre est vraiment bien. Commentaire mineur: les portes et fenêtres sont compliquées a

Great pick
Very comfortable hotel with ample parking. We picked the 2 room hotel and it was so big, with a deck. Took a relaxing swim in the pool. Nice breakfast.

What a hole
Checked in was given a key card. Went to my room. Card didnt work. Back to reception who knew there was a problem and gave me the master key. Entering my room no toilet roll in the bathroom. Back to reception gave me 1 loo roll. 2 mins later knock on my door. Upgraded to a junior suite. Pulled the curtains in the suite the window's were so work i could hardly see the pool. The tv screen went off after 90 seconds. Reception saud they couldnt assist with help for the broken tv. The Ac was noisy like my phone was on vibrate. Its a very dated very under maintained 2 star hotel at best.

Best hotell!!
At first I was a bit sceptical to this hotel since I’ve read many bad reviews before going there. But my hotel experience was amazing, I loved this hotel! The room was very big, it also had a livingroom beside the bedroom. The bathroom was also very big, it had both a shower and a bathtub. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great, there were a lot to choose from and it was really nice especially the coffee. The staff was very helpfull and friendly especially the one who worked at the breakfast. I Will defiently come back to this hotel if I ever visit Pisa again!

Ottima esperienza e bel posto!
Assolutamente positiva, da ripetere. Ho prenotato solo il giorno prima in quanto mi era stata annullato un precedente viaggio. L’hotel dista pochi minuti di taxi dal centro, ma il vantaggio è che ha ampi spazi rilassanti, una bella piscina, ottimi servizi. Ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio, grazie!
