The room I was allocated was no more than a storage room with a shower. I paid €300 for 3 nights. I complained at reception shortly after check in & was told there was nothing they could do that night. I went back at 8am before breakfast and was basically told ‘not our problem, contact hotels.com’ the receptionist was borderline rude. They still insisted that they didn’t have another room to move me to do I requested a refund. After over an hour on the phone to hotels.com & then trying to contact the hotel (the phone was literally ringing as I was stood there & I was telling them it’s hotels.com) they didn’t bother to answer it. I eventually got to downs to a manager after 11am who stood there & said nothing. No apology from him or the receptionist, just a blank face. He eventually agreed to refund 2 nights instead of the 3 I paid for. I’ve never been to this side of the island before & I’ve got to say it tainted my love for Majorca. I visited 3 times last year & 3 times this year, I’ve never known such horrible customer service, rude and no empathy whatsoever. I’ll stick to my usual resort in the future! Single bed facing a door, no balcony just a window where there was no privacy as private flats were facing. NOT worth €100 per night! It was basically a storage room with a bed thrown in it. Shouldn’t even be sold as a room.

Hotel confortable et bien situé
La présence d un réfrigérateur dans la chambre est appréciable.
Par contre faire payer l usage du coffre forte est malvenue dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt nah am Strand, Flughafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen lecker. Und auch mein Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
