Lake Winnipesaukee access for 18.Bring the family and extended family to this luxury property located in Suissevale Estates on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our home is loaded with activities and enough room for the whole family to come together and enjoy. The house has central A/C for those hot summer days. The 30'x35'den upstairs has a Olenhausen pool table a 12' bar and a large HDTV. This was a later addition and does not have A/C. The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, foosball,12' shuffle board table, and a 55" flat screen TV .The kitchen/dining/living room (30'X40') is an open concept with seating for 21, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors (just refinished March 2018), a woodstove and a 2 temperture double oven. A great place to meet for meals and to gather together between activities. We have a 30'x30'deck,with a 12' x12' screened in hut to go relax enjoy the peace of mind 3 private acres of land can bring. Internet access and 6' outdoor fire pit. We leave a 17' Canoe and kayak at the beach for renters to use it is in spot 70 at the beach canoe rack. There is a tie out under the deck for dogs that may come along (no fee for dogs). There is something for everyone. Linens are available for an additional fee of $175 this includes sheets and towels for 18. If interested contact me and I will set it up with the cleaner. (her side business) Located in Suissevale Estates, a beautiful private home surrounded by 3 acres of woods and wonderful views. Renters have access to a beautiful private beach ( 1/3 mile away), boat launch next to the beach, volleyball court on beach, tennis courts, basketball court, 2 playgrounds, and a public golf course (3 miles away). Enjoy walks on the beach, sunsets, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants all within minutes! Don't miss out on this gem! Property was great, super spacious and plenty of activities! Would definitely recommend!

Large house for family wedding
We needed a large house for us and extended family coming for our daughter’s wedding at Castle in the Clouds. ( which is only a couple miles from house) Shawn was a great host, answered texts quickly. Perfect vacation area especially in fall with all the beautiful leaves!!

Great place to stay with a large group
Spacious, open concept home with more than enough space for everyone's comfort. We had over 18 people, Shawn was very accommodating and responsive with our questions. Lots of pots and pans for family cooking and plenty of activities and games to keep everyone entertained. Suffice to say, everyone had a blast and would definitely consider booking again.

You will LOVE Stone Manor
Owners: Shawn is incredibly responsive to any and all questions. He was at the home when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour of the home and property. He also gave us very useful tips to make our week easier (short cut to the beach, local attractions/restaurants/etc). He takes great care of the home and it really shows. It was a pleasure working with him!
Home: Pictures do not do this house justice! It is MUCH larger and spacious than it appears in photos.
Home was freshly cleaned upon arrival. Highlights of the house include: the bar/pool room with chess table and large, brand-new TV; downstairs playroom with shuffleboard, darts, ping pong, foosball, play toys for the kids, and game systems; large open concept eat-in kitchen (fully stocked with appliances and condiments in the walk-in pantry); beautiful deck with large table and 2 grills; big yard with fire pit (plenty of chopped firewood under the deck); large garage with extra refrigerator. There are a few beach chairs and floats that are available to use, also. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, and 3 bedrooms downstairs which allows large parties to be spread out throughout the house. The bunk room in the basement was a big hit!
Beach: Absolutely gorgeous beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Short walk from the house (less than 10 minutes if using cut-through driveway). Shawn provides a beach parking pass to use for the week. We used the car to transport the chairs, coolers, and lazy kids while the rest of us enjoyed the walk. Picnic tables provide some shade for most of the day. Even when beach was crowded, everyone kept to themselves and social distancing was maintained. There is also an ice cream boat (think ice cream truck but on a pontoon boat) that comes daily and charges an arm and a leg but is a very cool experience! There is also a great fishing area by the playground. There are 2 floating docks that were a lot of fun. Some of the best, clearest lake water I’ve ever seen.
We had an absolutely fantastic week at Stone Manor!! Everyone had a blast. As a side note, we had age ranges from 1.5 yrs old to adults. We highly recommend this home and definitely plan on going back.
