The Space:
The spacious living area features a large living room and windows out to the lake views. Unwind out on the deck or inside on the couches, or gather around to watch your favorite sports and shows on the 75" flat-screen.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, offering modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essential cookware to cook or grill out. Enjoy meals out on the furnished deck with seating for everyone (5 person table + picnic table) and enjoy the serene lake views as your backdrop. *No dishwasher.
Outdoor Space:
Step out onto the large deck and take in the captivating scenery over the 50 feet of sandy shoreline on Austin Lake. Take in the sun on the deck, the private dock or take out the kayaks and canoe to explore or do some large mouth bass fishing.
Great place for family gatherings or extended corporate stays (just message us). We pride ourselves in helping families relocating to to the area to help foster an even better community and make that transition as enjoyable as possible. This is a completely smoke-free property, and no pets are allowed. Please no work vehicles w/o discussing first. Parking includes garage/remote (single vehicle), and 1-2 single lane (smaller) driveway. Neighborhood is zoned single-family. No parking in the yard.
Dedicated office/work space in each Bedroom (extra monitors for the Zoomers), plus a dedicated office/reading room/flex space that opens into the living room and on out to the lake. Laundry Room is included and set to go for your convenience. Towels (bath and beach) and standard toiletries also included.
We continue to make improvements and renovations to the property (particularly some of the outside). Please be careful when traversing the stairs (shorter/some are slightly uneven) and use handrail.
<10 minutes from the nearby shopping, numerous breweries (including Bell's Brewery and Latitude 42), and the AZO Airport and AirZoo. ~15 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and WMU. Snow skiing resort within 40 minutes. Perfectly located halfway between Chicago/Detroit (with Amtrak service to both ~15 min away)
