We did have maintenance come look at the heating unit in your room. It does look like it is working. With that said, If the room does not sense movement in the room, it will shut down. In the future we can always disconnect the sensor so your heat will continue to run. I am truly sorry the front desk agent made you feel like you were an inconvenience. This is definitely not okay. We were sold out during your stay, therefore would not have been able to move you to another room. In the future, please feel free to ask to speak to the manager if you have any issues or concerns that are not handled. I will gladly make sure you are taken care of. I did speak to the front desk agent that was on duty the night you checked in as well as all other front desk staff about the issues you delt with. I want to assure you we do thrive to meet all guest expectations. This should have been a simple fix by changing out the battery in the smoke detector. I have made sure to set aside some time for more training, so this type of incident does not happen again. Again, i am truly sorry and hope you give us another chance in the future
