also tell us about everything you said and did.You clogged up my toilet and I had to call a plumber.you made requests after requests and you were satisfied.at that point seeing you still unsatisfied, I simply said that if you weren't happy you can go to other hotels, since Rome is full of hotels

Aangenaam hotel aan Vaticaanstad
Dankzij de ligging van dit hotel, is het prijs-kwaliteit de moeite waard. Vriendelijk onthaal en veilig gevoel door het gebruik van codes aan hek en voordeur hotel. Ruime kamers met een klein balkon met tof uitzicht. Het negatieve is hier de badkamer. Een mini zitbad bijna geplakt aan bidet en toilet ... Je mag absoluut niet teveel verwachten van t ontbijt, deze wordt ook wel gratis aangeboden.

I had a Good stay
I had a good experience with this accommodation. Check in with was easy and clear. Breakfast and wine were free, and parking. Location is awesome very short distance from Vatican. My door room was awkward because I had to lock myself using the key. The shower design was a bit stranger, water spills outside the curtain and make the floor around the toilet wet, so if you don’t have shoes or slippers on, your feet will be wet too when using the toilet. Despite that this place is good. I started telling my friends/co-workers to stay here.

眺めの良い快適な部屋でした(^^)
部屋は広々としていてエアコンもあり快適でした！ ただ、チェックイン時間内に到着できるように向かいましたがどうも夜が遅いのが嫌だったようで、一応チェックインの説明は受けましたがあまり良い雰囲気ではありませんでした。 基本的に受付には人が居ないのでタイミングが合わずタオルの交換を頼めず、、、置きっ放しのタオルから自分で交換しました。 口コミの通り、朝食はひとつ1€に設定された自販機のものを2つ選んで良いとの事で、チェックイン時に鍵のようなものに滞在予定の5日分で10€チャージしてくれました。隣のコーヒーマシーンのコーヒーでも大丈夫でした。ただ1日分が2€なのでそれ以上は自費になります。 チェックアウトの時には誰もおらず、鍵とありがとうのメッセージを残して出てきました。何してても何も言われませんが、タイミングが合う時に色々自分から話しかけないとタオルすら交換できないので注意が必要です。

The first disappointing thing was that the room was not ready at check-in time, and we had to wait for 1.5 hours, without even receiving an apology! Second, the reception's behavior was the opposite of professional, and in fact so vulgar that was beyond my imagination. In addition, there was hardly anyone available at the reception. Third, they advertise to be bed and breakfast, but it is a false advertisement, as they don't really offer breakfast. What they offer is one drink (a cup of coffee or something) plus one snack (something that is less 50 cents if you buy from a supermarket) from a vending machine. Fourth, it is seriously NOT CLEAN. The breakfast area was all dirty with crumbs of food on the tables and flys all over the place. We saw that they had piled the towels on the floor (yes, the floor of the corridors) and leave them for one day before washing them! It was so terrible that when we got back home we directly went to shower and put every piece of clothing into the washing machine to avoid taking the dirt into our home. Fifth, the bathroom was terrible. There was no shower box so when you would take shower water would run all over the bathroom and it would make a mess if one would walk there with shoes to use the toilet afterward. Obviously, there were no slippers around. In addition, although there was a bidet in the bathroom, the facet did not work properly so hardly any water came out of it. sixth, there were no shampoos, no handwashing liquid or anything.

We apologize for the inconvenience you expressed in this review, but in that week we had some defections as our two receptionists were absent at work. As far as breakfast is concerned (we are not a bed and breakfast and it is also written on our website) the modality is widely described on our internet page.

Csalódottan voltunk mikor megérkeztünk és szembesültünk azzal, hogy egy nagyjából egy menedék szállónak felel meg a szobánk. A fürdőszoba nevetségesen kicsi volt. Fürdés közben a hálórészbe is folyt be a víz. A padló csempe annyira hideg volt, hogy még zokniban sem lehetett megmaradni a szobában. Szőnyeg nem volt. Kizárólag cipőben tudtunk közlekedni. A hirdetés azt írta, hogy az ár tartalmazza a reggelit. Amit ők reggelinek neveztek az közel sem hasonlít rá. Egy automatából lehet választani egy csokit és egy üdítőt vagy kávét. Erre nem lehet felkészülni. A szobában volt fűtés amit bekapcsoltunk. Fújt valami langyoskás levegőt de a szoba hőmérséklete változatlan maradt. Fáztunk folyamatosan. Ami az egészet megfejeli hogy mikor a hideg szobában lefekvéshez készültünk azzal is szembesültünk, hogy nincsen semmiféle takaró amit legalább magunkra tehetnénk. A szekrényben találtunk 2 db barna undorító, büdös, szúrós plédet. Az egyiket a padlóra terítettük, hogy ne kelljen a fagyos csempére lépnünk, a másikkal takaróztunk. Másnap új szállást szerettünk volna. Szóltunk az ott dolgozónak, hogy nem felelnek meg nekünk a körülmények és a válasza az volt, hogy el is mehetünk, maradhatunk is, de nem ad vissza nekünk semmit a pénzből. Mi anyagilag úgy készültünk, hogy jó lesz a szállásunk és reggelire sem kell költenünk. Ez sajnos már második napon megdőlt. Olasz rokonaink segítségével visszakaptuk a hideg szállás árának a felét majd újabb szállást kellett keresnünk.

Tisztelt uraim! A reggeli módját a webhely ismerteti. A helyiséget légkondicionálóval fűtik, és senki sem panaszkodott. Nem tudtuk visszaadni az összes pénzt neked, mert büntetés alatt állt. I was physically assaulted by the male hotel receptionist after he and his shady staff ( no uniform, all dressed in tank-tops and cargo shorts) stole expensive clothing from my luggage. The polizia and first responders were swift and not surprised, so I was able to file a report and my items were returned to me, but nothing was done for the act of violence. Apparently, the place has a reputation as a brothel and all the polizia did was highly recommended I stay somewhere else, which was not covered by Travelocity. On top of that, the place was small, terribly dirty, and had two pathetic vending machines for "breakfast". Women, solo travelers, and those with luxurious items alone should avoid this trap at all costs.
