Where do I start?
After a long 10-hour drive, I was woken up at 8am the next morning for "Urgent Aircon Maintenance" with no prior notice which was a simple change of the aircon filter.
There is no toiletries or soap in the room, you'll have to pay for them using the vending machine in the lobby.
There is no cups or cutlery in the room despite there being an electric jug to boil water.
The aircon controls are locked and do not allow you to adjust the temperature. There is no remote for the aircon either.
During my 9 day stay, there was no housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels.
If you use the lift, you have to be quick to swipe your card as it takes 10 seconds to register before you can choose the floor... if you don't do this in time, the lift can take off and miss your floor.
If you have visitors be prepared to have them park down the street. Especially if they are picking you up. A friend came to pick me up and went through to boom gates to get to the entry, they were waiting less than 5 minutes before i got in and then upon entry were charged $20 to exit. We would have argued this with staff if we weren't in a rush.
Food Delivery Drivers also parked down the road, and one actually told me that they all park down the road because they know that the property tries to charge them for parking even if they are there for a few minutes to drop off food.
Overall, this venue just seems to look for more creative ways to charge you extra. Don't stay here.
