Ideally located 5 minutes drive from TAHITI FAA'A airport, this luxury apartment of 100m2 will make you spend an unforgettable time on Tahiti for your business trips or tourism.

Decorated by the architecture firm Anapa Studio ©, this apartment on the 4th and last floor of a unique residence in Tahiti offers a breathtaking view of the island of Moorea.
The apartment has large volumes with a ceiling height of 3m.
Rooms have 4-star bedding .
The master bedroom of 17m2 has a king size bed and is equipped with a dressing room.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90cm / 2m that can be mated to give one single king size bed.
All the equipment of the apartment is of very high quality.

The residence is located 3 minutes walk from the seaside.
The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment.
At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes".
PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO.
A 24/24 supermarket open 7/7 is also available within 10 minutes walk.
Marina Taina with its restaurants and diving clubs is 10 minutes walk.
Finally, 5mn to walk, you will reach a delicatessen with champagne, cheese, and wine.
Our concierge "Brice" will be at your disposal throughout your stay to answer your questions.
He will also be able to propose in addition a multitude of services:

Gaelle, our concierge was wonderful - picked us up at the airport (there was a fee), booked a restaurant for us, and even took us to the ship after we had a flat tire on our rental car. Her husband handles the car rentals. Apartment has superb views of the ocean and Moorea. Very spacious and well appointed. Great stay.

Beautiful property! Well equipped kitchen, nice large bathroom with laundry, dining terrace, and the bedding was fresh, clean and comfortable. Great location near the marina. Our only issue was trying to find the building once we arrived. in Tahiti, none of the buildings or residences have street numbers, they are only identified by the name of the complex. These don't show up in Apple or Google maps. Not a complaint, but more for information to make sure good directions are obtained rather than relying on mapping apps or a taxi knowing where a property is located. We highly recommend renting a car to travel around the island. Parking was included with our apartment. We would totally stay here again!

The one area that occurs is the traffic is busy during the week and whilst it didn’t bother us it could to some people. Awesome Condo!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this luxury condo - it was clean, comfortable, beautiful inside & out, and well-equipped. Everything was as described. We wish we had added a few more days - there was a lot to do in Tahiti and this condo is very conveniently located. With the condo being gated it is very secure. At night there is a beautiful view of the sunset over Moorea. The concierge Magdalene was super helpful with getting us settled and with area recommendations. We highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful and great location

The condo was very comfortable and the host was very accommodating and responsive. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. Although you can walk to a store and restaurants I recommend renting a car to fully enjoy Tahiti.

The appartment was lovely and clean, great views and liked that it was a short walk to the food trucks and marina. We had an early check in due to an early flight arrival. Gaelle sent clear instructions re address and codes to get in but taxi driver took us to wrong place it took him awhile to figure out where we should be. We never heard from our concerige which made it abit tricky as we had not been toTahiti and had thought we could get advise in arranging transport and tours. This “luxury apartment” was just as advertised. It is a modern apartment with great accommodations. It has everything advertised. The only issue we had was knowing where to tell the immigration agents exactly where we were staying. We never actually got an address from the host. Having said that I may understand why. The “addresses” in Tahiti are not marked well if at all. It wasn’t too much of a hassle finding the place, but I am a fairly experienced navigator. We did however have a concierge that helped us find the place. Bless your heart Katty for your patience with us, and THANK YOU BERTRAND!!! For the amazing place to stay! The views from the fourth floor up on the hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean directly west were the perfect place to watch the sunset over the neighboring island of Moorea. Amazing!!! Just book it, you won’t regret it!

Very spacious condo with a beautiful view from the balcony of the island of Moorea. Large luxurious swimming pool & lovely clear water beaches nearby. Very lovely place to stay. My only issue was getting the exact address to find it. They gave directions, but we arrived late at night, so it was dark & hard to see signs & there are a lot of turnabouts in Tahiti (we rented a car). Magdalene was super sweet to meet us at the gas station & show us the way. When we’d go out, I would have to put the airport in my GPS to find our way back to the apartment. But we figured things out and had a really nice stay. It’s a beautiful place.

Beautiful apt in Punaai with excellent concierge

Rented for four nights before our Cruise of South Pacific. The rental is exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and ate at several restaurants nearby and the local food truck for breakfast. These were within walking distance. The Concierge gaelle was very helpful, picking us up at the airport and providing info about food: restaurants, food trucks and grocery stores within walking distance. the only problems were getting an address useful for the immigration forms and locating, mostly solved by the concierge. On the last day, the dryer stopped working and with no time left for repair. The locks were a bit difficult to get used to especially for leaving. Concierge made taxi res for our departure. Gaelle was most helpful.
