“I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding of the staff, I had already prepaid for my stay and inclement weather was approaching so I made the decision to cut my stay short. I spoke with one of the guest service agents and she helped with getting a refund for the days I wouldn't be staying. The property is beautiful and i definitely will be returning during the summer. ”
