The luxury villa Panoramica is located on the edge of the village of Viskovici on the southernmost point of the eastern shore of the Bay of Rasa. The village stretches to the sea and the small fishing port of Tunarica in the bay of the same name, just 1.1 km from the villa. The nearest town of Labin is only a ten-minute drive away and the largest Istrian town of Pula is only half an hour's drive from the villa. Thanks to its location at the highest point of the village, this property offers excellent panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay, the islands of Losinj, Unije and Susak, the Ubas peninsula, Raska Bay and central Istria. Be sure to visit the local restaurants and taverns, which offer first-class Istrian specialties. There are many secluded beaches nearby, which also offer diving, surfing, boat and kayak rentals.
