Trevligt boende nära Spanska trappan
Ett trevligt rum på tredje våningen bara ca 150 m från spanska trappan. Nära många sevärdheter. Är man ljudkänslig, ska man veta att gatan är mer än välbesökt, vilket gör att det är mycket ljud utanför. Men dagtid spenderade vi inte mycket tid på rummet. Frukosten serveras på rummet. Den är kanske väl enkel - inget färskt bröd, men väldigt gott kaffe. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och fanns tillgänglig på förmiddagen om man hade frågor. Ingen reception finns. Överlag väldigt trevligt tycker vi!

Posto centralissimo in via Condotti praticamente a Piazza di Spagna, camera piccola ma molto curata e pulita. Ottimi i prodotti di cortesia offerti. La colazione generosa, anche se solo dolce e fatta di prodotti confezionati. Personale gentilissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Quaint little hotel right in the historical centre of Rome just a few meters from Piazza di Spagna. Beautiful simple rooms and service was excellent & always courteous. Even if the room didn't have any windows it still was a delight to stay there and would stay again without hesitation

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rhona's Rooms. The room was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff's helpfulness and availability truly impressed me, making me feel well taken care of throughout our stay. One highlight was the generous breakfast spread, which they readily brought to our room upon request. Overall, a fantastic experience in a prime location for shopping and sight seeing.

I loved everything about this property the location the room the decor they have free breakfast lots of things included in the breakfast they bring to you not the best croissants though. The wifi was a bit weak. The bathroom toiletries were super nice. The balcony you can see the spanish steps. I stayed in two room types and they were both great. The attendant is great too. The street is on has the most expensive in front of you have alexander McQueen and Salvatore Ferragamo. I would totally stay here again.

Great location, super clean and modern
I went to Rome with my son and we stayed at Rhona’s rooms. Amazing location, right next to the Spanish steps, very clean, reasonably quiet, amazing and helpful staff. The only thing was that the aircon wasn’t working reliably - one night it’d blow properly cold, to the point one needs a cover, the other - it is just moving hot air around, and one just ends up in sweat all the time. But that didn’t spoil our stay whatsoever, and I’m sure it is a temporary glitch they will sort out before we visit next!

Good location, terrible accommodation. Property doesn't have staff on site. Only one room has a window, the other rooms don't have windows and AC is very old and not able to cool down rooms. Owner is aware of this. During our stay in the summer, we spent the worst night in our vacation. The room had no window or ventilation. Temperature inside was hotter than temperature in the street. We had to sleep with the door open to the hallway, where there are windows that we open to let some air in. To be close to fresh air we had to sleep on the floor. Owner came to see us, and offer us another room that is an office with a Murphy bed. They asked us to move the furniture around and make our own bed. We checked out the following day,anger said they wouldn't charge us, but owner charged us half the fee (for sleeping on the floor). Next morning we found a real hotel with full service for only 50 euros more. This property is a scam, don't book here.

The rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator that takes you most of the way. You will still need to use the stairs for half a flight. There is no dining area, but a tray is brought to your room. Personally, I like to eat in a centralized area so that I can meet other guests. The woman who gave me a key spoke no English and I had some questions that could not be answered. In the morning there are English speaking staff who are very nice. They left food in the refrigerator when I mentioned I had an early flight which was lovely. When my shuttle to the airport didn't show,they called a taxi for me which I am so grateful. The bed and bathroom are very nice and location is great. Close to the Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain.

Meget god beliggenhed - gaden ligger med direkte udkig til den Spanske trappe. På trods af, at hotellet ligger i gaden Via Condotti, hvor der er mange mennesker, biler mv. så er der helt ro på værelset. Værelset er meget mørkt med et lille bitte vindue på toilettet - vi måtte have døren åben ud til gangen, for at få dagslys ind. Det er også et meget lille værelse. Der er rent, pænt og der blev skiftet håndklæder mv dagligt.

The location is by far the only selling point about the property: ideal for short trips to the city - if you're willing to fork out the price for it! Disappointments: - Nobody on site during day./evening. Although a very responsive administrator who was very helpful on whatsapp. - Very, very basic / not fresh breakfast - not the food we were looking forward to in Rome! - Shower in the en suite room was collecting water and not well maintained. - Street facing room was noisy at night - Elevator is very small (2 people max with small bags only) and was temperamental and broke when we were there. Overall, not good value for money.

We are a Guest House,we offer bedroom and morning breakfasr FREE and the difference with an Hotel that has personell 24 hours in reception, we have staff for breakfast and room setting from 7 am till 12 pm,we do not have internal restaurant so the food you were looking for could not have been supplied by us,offering only continental breakfast,biscuits,coffee with milk,orange juice,sealed croissants due to Italian igienic laws ( so that we can not cook for our guests),jam and nutella.The lift is not of our exlusive property and being in an ancient historical building we had the luck to be able to have one. No good value for money is a severe feedback as we are in the second more expencive luxury shopping street in Italy, and we give the chance to our guests to enjoy their stay a few meters away from spanish steps.We will do our best to improve were reasonable and possible. Thank you for staying with us.

Good for very short stay
Rhona’s Rooms were clean, the bed is likely the most comfortable you will sleep in while in Italy. The room itself is very quiet both during the day and night. Located a few meters away from the Spanish Steps and Spagna train station. The bus is not close by; expect to walk extensively around Rome. The city is overcrowded with tourists and locals who barely hide their disdain of foreigners. I don’t think this accommodation is any better or worse than any other in Rome; there were no tea making facilities or tissues in the room. The room had one small window in the bathroom and apart from that was incredibly hot, stuffy and claustrophobic. Don’t bother booking this accommodation if you are not bringing a phone with you, as you will need it to all someone upon checkin.

Camera a dir poco angusta, senza finestre, spazio a disposizione limitato, colazione servita in camera su un tavolino dove al massimo ci puoi scrivere una cartolina, abbiamo mangiato a turno anche perché c'è solo una sedia. Per non parlare degli orari del personale, dimenticavo non esiste o quasi, avevo bisogno di andar via per le 07.30 (causa orario aereo) ma non arrivava il personale di turno. Voi dirette, perché non hai telefonato? Nessuno dei quattro numeri in bella evidenza sulla porta rispondeva, ci ho provato per più di 45 minuti. La signora è arrivata alle 08,15 dicendo: LA DOMENICA IO COMINCIO A LAVORARE ALLE 08.30. Peccato che chi paga ha anche qualche esigenza. Unico lato positivo la posizione, quella è ottima.

I will stay there again.
Very nice, clean, cozy but no window! It's the center of the shopping center. No front desk, need to call to get a key and get your google translate they hardly speak English. The mate will bring you breakfast inside the room. They have an empty room for you to store your luggages. Walk to Gino Sorbillo and eat Pizza there, don't be surprise to see a long line. Another good thing, they have an elevator which is good!

Un buen lugar para hospedarse
Este lugar no es un hotel, es un piso que tiene varias habitaciones, es facil llegar, esta muy bien ubicado, a pasos de plaza España, en una calle principal llena de tiendas y desde donde se puede ir caminando a todas partes. La habitación impecable y con todos los detalles para hacerte sentir comodo, el desayuno muy completo y todo rico para disfrutar en la mañana. A mejorar: al no ser un hotel no hay recepción por lo que hay que coordinar antes la llegada para que entreguen las llaves. Eso no lo sabiamos por que en hoteles.com dice que se debe coordinar si llegas despues de las 22 hrs, entonces llegamos y no había nadie. Tuvimos que activar roaming en el celular para llamar a los telefonos disponibles (estan pegados en la pared del piso donde estan las habitaciones) y nos fueron a dejar las llaves muy rapido.

Wonderful Bed an Breakfast in Rome
This was a great place. I would recommend to anyone. The only down side was that when our room key was explained they did not say that it also was use to enter the complex so late at night we were struggling to figure out how to get in and when we tried to call someone, no one answered. Fortunately we finally figured it out.... The staff were very helpful WHEN we were able to talk with them. The room was very nice. The location could not have been better. Breakfast was ok, but not as great as when we stayed at a hotel prior to coming to the bed an breakfast. They had our cab set up for back to the airport when we told them we needed one. Over, I would recommend this place and would stay again if ever in Rome.
