This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I had a booking for 2 nights and I got an email on the first night that my rest of the booking was cancelled, due to some fallout with Marriott. We had to leave the hotel early next day morning and neither Expedia, nor Marriott/Sonder took any responsibility to help me relocate, except than giving us a very very very expensive option, which was more than twice the cost of the initial booking. There was no responsibility of moving either. Me, my wife and my 10yr old were roaming on the streets, trying to get a decent hotel at a decent price, in an unknown city. Extremely unprofessional of Marriott. I am a Gold Marriott Bonvoy member and I did not expect such experience from a name like Marriott. One of the worst experiences ever.

Exceeded our expectation!

Our family of five had an amazing stay in the historic part of Rome. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, as well as metro and train stations, which made getting around the city so easy. The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The apartment itself was exceptionally modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious—it truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

The location is great, with the Metro station being less than five minutes walk. There are good food options close by and the area is nice. We had a two bedroom apartment which was clean and is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location.

We had an amazing time during our stay in Rome! Everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Excellent location

The location was excellent, the accommodation was very comfortable, and the service was both prompt and efficient. My only concern is that I strongly prefer proper duvet covers—having a polyester duvet placed between two sheets did not feel particularly nice. Other than that, everything was great.
