Kawaha Point is a highly sought after neighborhood....Close to town, the Gondolas, Luge, Rainbow Springs/Big Splash, OGO/Zorb, Mitai Cultural Experience and less than a 5 minute car ride. Very nice neighborhood with plenty of private parking space. House is at the end of a long driveway with plenty of parking.
Downstairs will be open for larger groups.
Bus stop just outside cul de sac for short trip to town. 7 minutes by car.

Guests access :


Guests will be given access to stairwell downstairs to additional bedrooms if party is more than 8 people or if you are travelling with just adults...just let us know. Secure storage for mountain bikes can be arranged. For those travelling with children there is a door or a child's safety gate that can be used to keep toddlers upstairs.


Special conditions:
No parties or large events. Visitors must leave by 10 PM
Smoking allowed outside only. No ironing on the carpet or table. Ironing board provided. All linen to be stripped and put into bath tub upon departure. Carpet is new, please leave shoes at doorway. House to be left in a tidy manner. Dishes washed and put away. Bed to be stripped and washing put in laundry. Rubbish to be put out in bin provided. Property Manager will be available to help with anything just a phone call or Facetime us.
