Over 10am not clean the room
We live in there three days but they don’t make up our room in three days so the room still dirty and I need to call them sent some towels for us every day! They clean up the room before 10:00 so if you still in the room at 10am unfortunately your room will dirty all day.

感謝Hotel.com客服人員與酒店協調,將我們的房間更換至正確的房型
我們在Hotel.com網站上看了房型圖片後預訂了較高價位的湖景房, 但入住時發現根本是最低樓層的樹景房(陽台看出去正好是一棵大樹),完全看不到遠方的湖景, 且事後發現這也是整個酒店景觀最糟糕的一間房(正好被大樹擋住視野)。但飯店櫃檯人員卻稱與Hotel.com合作的房型就是這種而已, 且其他高樓層皆無空房了。 我們深覺受騙, 因而立刻上網與Hotel.com的客服人員及時連線反映此事, 表達我方的不滿, 並希望得到協助, 能夠換到如網站上圖片所示的湖景房。 所幸經過一個多小時的反覆聯繫, 終於得到善意的回應, 將我們的房間換到高樓層的湖景房。感謝客服人員的居間協調, 最終有了令人滿意的住房經驗。(圖片為 原本的“樹景房,” 及 更換後的 “湖景房”) 在此提醒大家, 一定要耐心的, 據理力爭自己應有的訂房權益。(前提是, 自己的英文能力也要練好, 至少要足以和客服人員溝通) 另外, 也希望網站上的房型圖片必須是真實正確的, 避免誤導客戶訂房, 導致客戶在現場必須與酒店櫃台人員再為了房型有所爭論，徒然浪費彼此寶貴的時間。

前台人员不是十分专业，没能及时把酒店提供的在城里其它场所的减免政策告知客人，只是在客人在其它地方消费时才听说，回来询问了前台才被告知有相关的减免政策。再有，浴池的防滑垫下面有前面客人留下的头发，给人的感觉不好。

地理位置不错，在罗托鲁瓦湖边，周围的餐厅也很多，都在步行范围内，湖景房可以看到热气腾腾的罗托鲁瓦湖的一角，酒店里就有温泉池，中规中矩的连锁酒店，没有惊喜，也没有失望。

Lovely hotel. Our room was clean and the furnishings are in good condition. Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. Shower was good too. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Please consider changing the conditioning shampoo in the bathroom as it is not very good. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay again 🙂

This is a nice hotel with a great location and we had good views of the lake. The equipment in the gym needs to be repaired! Overall, a good experience with easy parking!

Great place- excellent service, great balcony view, pool and spa lovely, bed was amazingly comfortable. Some hair missed from the previous bathroom clean and the tv channel options limited with no guide we couldn't plan what to watch, other than that I couldn't fault it.
