The Foreshore has six bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas, making it the ideal home to accommodate two families or a multigenerational family to share. The Foreshore's idyllic water and beach views are sure to entice everyone down to the waters edge.
Ground Floor
The air-conditioned, open plan living areas include a lounge room, with smart TV and cosy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room all overlooking the water. Dine alfresco on the undercover patio dining setting overlooking the waterfront or pull up a chair and watch the kids run and play on the grassy reserve.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a queen-sized bed and ensuite and the other has two long single zip beds, which can be joined to make a king-sized bed if preferred. The family bathroom includes a hidden laundry and a door to the outside of the house, making it very handy for returning from the beach.
The spacious, air-conditioned second living area features a smart TV and spills out to the fully enclosed rear courtyard garden, where a BBQ is housed for cooking up bacon and egg breakfasts or perhaps fish you’ve caught from the beach.
First Floor
On this level are four stylish bedrooms, all with ducted air conditioning. The huge master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, is blessed with glorious views across the bay and sliding doors onto an undercover balcony where you can relax and lose yourself in the panoramic vista. There’s also a WIR and an ensuite. Two additional bedrooms each also have a queen-sized bed and look out through floor to ceiling glass at the sparkling water of the harbour. The final bedroom on this level features two long single zip beds, which can be joined to make a king-sized bed. The family bathroom on the ground floor is for the use of the three non-ensuite bedrooms on the first floor.
The Foreshore has WiFi, a laundry with washer and dryer and a double semi-enclosed carport with roller door, which opens on two sides to the enclosed courtyard, additional space for two vehicles on the driveway and ample street parking. It’s less than a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay and the local shops are an easy 10 minute walk or cycle.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
