I dont understand how hotels.com can qualify this place when there was no electricity! We had to leave on the 2nd day of a 4 night stay, no hot water, no power!! No one to contact either! Poor property mgmt we would like a full reimbursement and full explanation on how you qualify your properties. Thank you
