“The hotel is located in a suburb of Stockholm easily reached by the efficient and cheap public transport ( we purchased a 7 day pass which covered all train, trams, buses and water ferries around Stockholm). From the beginning to the end the staff especially on reception were lovely. Rooms clean and good size. Bathrooms well provided for ( shampoo and conditioner, body lotion) plus kettle and coffee/ tea. Fridge also in room if you wanted to stock anything. . Lots of hooks and shelves which made……

“Amazing service! Arrived a couple of hours before check in and we were offered a different room to check into early. Lovely clean and fresh room with comfortable beds. Big bathroom, great breakfast and enjoyed a late check out. The service at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Highly reccomend! ”
“Such a great experience from start to finish! We stayed over a weekend Thursday till Sunday so we experienced the bustling weekend crowd in the wine bar and restaurant. Had so much fun. Staff is so lovely. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Excellent area for eating and drinking. Quick walk to bus or subway if leaving the neighborhood. Uber very easy to take if needed, use Uber XL for groups up to 6, easy peasy!

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Rival! Michele and Sveda were so helpful and lovely. We stayed in the penthouse suite which had beautiful views of the park snd surrounding area and was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was remarkable. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Loved the history as a theater and the artwork. Highly recommend for a great stay in Stockholm!!”
“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”
