Budget hotel, basic, but good at this time. Our (south) room would be hot in summer - take rooms facing north. Really good breakfast (15). Close to old Salzburg. Bus, or even on foot.

Tyvärr kallt och grått väder, men bra läge på hotellet med gångavstånd till centrum. Hotellet var bra både för oss och vår hund. Bra parkering och lätt att hitta till hotellet.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber wirklich uraltes Inventar. Das Personal war sehr nett, alles war unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, auch frisches Obst und Gemüse. Das Hotel liegt leider in einer sehr ungepflegten lauten Wohngegend direkt an der Straße. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen ( 25min) und muss an Obdachlosen vorbei, die am Ufer der Salzach campieren. Das hat uns etwas erschreckt in so einer Stadt. Wir haben den Bus benutzt, der um die Ecke alle 20 min in die Stadt fährt. Mit einem Tagesticket ( 4,50 € erhältlich im Traffic) kann man 24h fahren. Es lohnt sich ein Zimmer nach hinten zu nehmen, da hat man keinen Verkehrslärm.

Just a nice overnight stay in Salzburg to see the city. Great location, easy walking to the historic district where we partook in a beer festival did a tour of the palace. Great time. Hotel has excellent service with large rooms and a great breakfast. Good price as well.

The stay was okay, people are really kind and the room was good. But the hotel is too far from the city centre. In addition, I suggest to improve your breakfast adding some cakes or other sweet food because there are none. It’s better to have the air conditioning too.

My wife and I stayed three nights. A comfortable hotel, reasonably located for sight seeing, and on a bus route. The window construction does reduce traffic noise, and although no A/C, does have fans. Breakfast was fairly basic for the fee charged. The reception is not manned after 6pm, and there is a late check in system. We arrived at Salzburg airport at 8pm, and there were no taxis!! Not many flights arrive mid/late evening, so taxi drivers do not frequent the airport regularly. There is a No 2 bus from the airport that passes the hotel about every 20 mins but you need small change to use the ticket machine. The bus driver would not let us pay on the bus. So we waited with another couple for a taxi, which did eventually arrive!! The hotel give you a pass code for the key box situated outside the main hotel entrance door. There are numbered trays with the keys inside. When I inputed the pass code the key tray didn't open. After a few attempts with growing frustration I snatched at the tray after putting in the code and the tray opened. Warning....you literally have about 2 seconds to pull the tray after putting the code in....before it locks again. We had booked a triple room, as twins were not available at time of booking. It turned out that a triple room is called an Apartment by this hotel, which took some time to find. Two rooms, one with double bed, one room with single bed, with kitchenet. Good for a family. A pleasant stay.

The property was very nice and clean. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. The room was spacious and very welcoming. Loved that they had a fan in the room. The location was perfect, not too far way from the train-station or downtown. Really liked that the property had the extra level of security scanning at night through two doors before getting into the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Un hotel de gama media con poca intención de mejorar, pudieran incluir amenities o café y la experiencia sería mejor. Caro para lo que ofrece, Alejado del centro pero con conexión de transporte cercano. Sin aire acondicionado, sin caja fuerte. El personal de recepción muy amable. El desayuno que no contraté caro y muy limitadas opciones.

Hotel was nice, basic. Floor was dirty in room - got hair from someone else on my feet when I removed shoes. Good restaurant, great breakfast, Long walk to main part of town & didn’t feel comfortable walking the Main Street/immediate neighborhood in later evening or at night. Dirty street and guys hanging out just watching people go by.
