I check in at the hotel, but when I arrived to the room, I found it really dirty and in terrible conditions. I tell to the lady at the front desk about the situation. She offered me another room but, the rooms were in the same bad and dirty situation. I have pictures of the room as a proof. I asked to the lady at the front desk for a refund, but she said that Hotels.com needs to pay back the money. When I asked at the chat of the website of Hotels.com, the lady who was trying to helped me, she called to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel said that I didn´t complain at all and because of that they won´t refund. However it is not true. Then, I received a $50 dolars coupon from Hotels.com, which is no even half of what I paid ($243). I am asking for a 100% refund. The people who is working at Primera Hotel know the terrible conditions they offer to the customers, but they don´t care. I left the hotel because I didn´t feel safe and I didn´t feel confortable.
