I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in. When I got to the clerk I was told my room was not ready. Check-in was at 3 PM and I arrived at 5 PM. The lady behind the counter had an attitude. Completely unacceptable.

We stayed 2 nights. They give maid service after 2 days. This was disappointing. They will supply extra towels etc but not making the bed etc

Great for a stop over…
We only stayed one night as a stop over driving down to Florida. It’s only a 15 min Uber into downtown. The room was comfortable and everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The handicapped accessible room we had was well-equipped and clean. But the placement of the room all the way at the end of a long hall from the elevator was an ADA nightmare and left my recent-amputee husband and I wondering what able-bodied architect didn’t think it through.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, we had to wait 4 hours with many other people to get our room. They didn’t have enough staff to be able to clean the rooms on time and assign the rooms. The waiting in the lobby was a torture.

At check in was told that the $50 pet fee listed on hotel website was now $75. Room had broken shade, broken toilet seat, broken lamp. Dirty rugs. Rooms looked nothing like website photos. Stay away.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. They don't tell you when booking about a $8/night parking fee enforced at check in. They have a breakfast buffet however they don't tell you it's >$10 per plate charged to card on file. They mark the price on a small whiteboard in the corner. Hotel conditions were great but the additional charges they sneak in are ridiculous

Didn't like...they don't accept cash...for example, items from the very limited eating menu. And the pulled pork sliders were beyond dreadful. So, eat elsewhere, but anyone employed were super friendly and helpful

Overall this hotel was average. The breakfast for $11.95/person was not worth it. It was a busy weekend and the breakfast was not being kept freshly supplied, disappointing for the price.

The hotel was easy to find and very close the Montgomery gate at HAAF. My husband and I refused to use the keirig as we weren't sure the last time it was cleaned, it was very dirty. The carpets needed vacuumed better. The rest of the room was clean enough for a 1 nights stay. It is a pet friendly hotel, that's another $75. The bed was comfortable. $7 a day for parking is weird to us. We didn't eat breakfast but was informed it was 11.95 pp per day. There are many eatieries near by and within walking distance. The staff weren't the most attentive at the desk, I had to wait both times for several minutes. Overall for the convenience to HAAF, where our son is stationed , we would stay again.

Good experience. Check in was quick, helpful staff. Nice and clean property. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was ok and pillows were uncomfortable. They charge extra for parking and breakfast, not good.

The staff has the lovely southern manners. They are very inefficient. I had to wait quite a while to check in. Parking is crazy expensive for a suburban hotel. Breakfast is a substantial amount extra. My toilet seat was broken. The repair guy spoke zero English. He tried to access my room while I was in my PJs. It never got fixed during my stay. They make up rooms every other day. After a long hard day, I had to track down coffee. Then when it was my day, I wanted to chill in my room and have coffee, FaceTime with my daughter and prepare for my trip to Rome. In 5 days, my room was serviced once.

The property is in good shape, the rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable a/c worked well. The staff was very helpful. The location is the best and you can do anything downtown with ease. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We had to wait almost 4 hours to be checked in because the rooms weren't ready. They gave us the room almost at 7pm. The coffee maker wasn't working on the room. They brought a new one and they entered the room when my friend was taking a shower and no one else was in the room. After we complained, They justfied that they knocked 3 times before going in. But the guy didn't decide to leave once they heard the shower. That was not OK.

Dirty bathroom, stains on the bedding, the bathroom had mold at the bottom of the outside of the bathtub. The food I ordered from the kitchen was burnt. When I complained they said they’d take care of it. They didn’t take care of it. I will post on Facebook how dirty and disgusting it was.
