雖然提倡環保飯店 但相反的確有做到嗎? 飯店牙刷要收費 為何不做一款值得帶回的循環利用牙刷 每天提供兩瓶水 極小瓶 何不提供中等瓶身 並提供飲水機呢? 且飯店煮出的水有味道 無法生飲 又房裡的清潔還遺忘備品…

房間小小的budget酒店
房間狹小,在地上打開行李箱,就沒有走動空間。第一次進入房間,發現廁所傳出惡臭,向前台職員反映,要求換房。但因為當日房間滿了,職員就上來噴空氣清新劑,之後見情況稍有改善,我們就懶得換房了,並請職員安排明日再徹底清潔一下。 之後幾日,雖然惡臭情況有所改善,但由於廁所的通風系統很差,仍不時隱約散出異味,需要24小時關上門。 地點方面,距離明洞中心有點遠。以這個價值,在明洞還有不少選擇。

Nice hotel and it's not INSIDE of Myeongdong, just 5 mins by walk from Myeongdong Station. It's the best location not too noisy and crowed.

本來酒店有指示標明因應環保,入住期間不會有人收拾房間。但第二日外出回來,看到被鋪被收拾,用過的毛巾也被換了,所以整體感覺不錯。就是暖氣不能調較,比較熱,當時氣溫負7度也要稍稍開窗透氣。

房間還可以,雖然不能同時打開2個行李箱,但是還可以接受,但洗手間太窄了,沒有轉身的空間,枕頭方面太軟了,雖然跟酒店多借一個才勉強足夠,另外酒店的洗衣房,只有一部洗衣機及一部乾衣機,晚上太多人使用,需要排隊。

Poor service!! Water was not hot enough for shower. Shampoo and conditioner were not refilled after used up. The bathroom floor was not clean.

房間偏細,只有一張座椅,浴室設計透明,非情侶點住?冷氣調極都偏凍,早餐餐廳地方太逼,遇上團體極吵,行動困難,還好有室外位置,看到首爾塔,只有兩部電梯,等候時間較長。

是次下塌的飯店在明洞繁華街䧛,步行10分鐘內可達繁華街最旺之處。房間面積不大,適合一個人住。浴室以活動簾分隔洗手間和淋浴,淋浴熱水不夠熱。馬桶位於近門口處的一個獨立間隔,但該處沒有地方可讓你臨時擺放平板電腦或報紙等,頗為不便。洗手間跟生活區僅以玻璃牆分隔,但睡床和玻璃牆之間非常狹窄,如該空隙可寬一點就好了。最後,不瞭解為什麼找不到用來提示「不要打擾」、「請打掃房間」等設備。

交通非常方便,明洞站10號出口 向前行過一條馬路就到,樓下有兩間便利店。夜晚想食宵夜,大把選擇,過多一兩條街就到明洞商圈。既方便又唔擠迫,最緊要直行個條街有機場巴士返仁川。 員工友善同願意幫忙。我今次唔小心漏左件物品,退左房兩個鐘,都搵得返比我。清潔度ok。有齊日用品,牙刷之類既野。

與長輩入住5晚明洞宜必思尚品大使酒店,整體感覺不似預期, 非常失望,唯一可取之處是酒店位於明洞外圍,出入沒有煩囂,可謂閙中帶靜;地點方便,樓下便是24小時便利店,酒店也算鄰近地鐵站,又近機場6015巴士站及洞購物熱點,床頭有USB手機充電線十分貼心,酒店員工都很 nice,英文溝通完全沒有問題。 可是房間則非常細小,如2件行李擺放會很困難,2床之間距離5吋都沒有,浴室私隱度及設施不夠,浴室大部份是全透明玻璃,只有中間是磨沙,浴室內連一個吊掛既位於置也沒有,需要在洗手盆位置更衣並放在門邊唯一既小扣子上,但是門是玻璃並是全透明,對出走廊位置正正又掛了一幅全身鏡子,在兩張牀上向全身鏡方向望可全面看到更衣狀況,洗澡會非常難為情,完全不了解為可這樣設計。基本的浴室用品如浴帽亦欠奉。另外枕頭不舒服,空調忽冷忽熱,風口位置對著頭吹著使這幾天晚上休息不佳。洗澡時熱水不夠熱,入住期間曾換了一次房間,但仍可善不了這問題,坐廁與浴室分開,原意是好的,但坐廁房中沒有洗手盤,完事後要出去隔壁之洗手盤清潔,不但頗為不方便,而且感覺非常不衛生,特別是坐廁門把手。整體性價比不高。同區其他選擇有很多,再來應不會再考慮這間了。

I asked for tax refund form while I checked in, the lady said the hotel will give it to me when I checked out. When I checked out in the morning, the gentleman seemed not sure about what to do, and gave me nothing and said you are good to go. I got no invoice and no tax refund letter to get my tax back at the airport. This is really not professional and made me lost money. I stayed in L7 hotel in previous days, they prepared everything by themselves while I checked out. Room is small and crowded, especially shower room, there is no hooks to hang towels up. Quality of beds is good. Location find, building is new and clean. The air-conditioner just blew cold wind to the bed, it was cold and uncomfortable. I turned it down but still keep blowing wind......

When I read your comments, I could feel how much you felt disappointed and uncomfortable. Please, feel assured that your comments was not taken lightly and I have raised the issue with all staffs. I will do reinforce the training about tax refund service and make sure not to happen same situation again. Please, allow me to express my sincerest apologies.
