I stayed in this hotel for 15 nights. It was my special trip to me because it’s actually post-funeral trip to my home country after both of my mother and father died during the pandemic.
When I arrived, they gave me 29th floor which was very good to me. Until that time, it’s very good. But from the first night, some annoying sound came from the upper floor where a Sky Lounge restaurant was. It’s definitely coming from the chairs and tables. I was so surprised that this 5-star hotel didn’t consider this kind of noise when they built the hotel.
BUT, when my final (15th) night, an Asian guest used my next door. That guest had a group gathering with their friends from other room. They shouted and talked loudly and even slammed the wall. I was so surprised that this kind of gathering is allowed in the guest room in this 5-start BUSINESS hotel. I called the front desk and one concierge staff visited their room. AND THAT’S IT! Their party started again until my final (3rd) call to the front desk at 2:00 AM. I could not sleep at all and checked out the hotel at 5:00 AM.
When I checked out, the hotel was supposed to provide a shuttle taxi to the bus terminal because I booked it at the concierge 2 days earlier. But there’s no concierge staff in the lobby. My bus time was 5:20 and the hotel front didn’t do anything until 5:00 AM. I and my wife were at panic. Luckily we could manage to arrive at the terminal just before 5:20 AM, and during these panic hours, we eventually lost one bag.
