周邊非常方便，飯店本身也很好，櫃檯人員很親切幫忙叫車，雖然大廳在九樓，但是一樓一直都有禮賓人員協助按電梯跟提供資訊，英文能力都很好！下次會再入住！

酒店大堂及公共設施整潔美麗，可惜房間實在太簡陋，部份牆壁破爛，浴室也令人失望，枕頭太遠，令人難以安寢。

bad breakfast arrangement
One think I don't satisfy this hotel is their breakfast arrangement. I went down for taking breakfast at around 8:00 every morning when I stayed at this hotel. One morning I only saw one staff stood at the reception. When I waited for the guy who responsible for preparing fried eggs, Omelet...I only saw the guy appeared after 10+ minutes. Food refilling frequency during in the breakfast section was also not good such as scramble eggs & fruits that I like to take, no staff refilled them even the dishes were almost empty.. disappointed ...

環境友善飯店 所以要記得帶牙刷這類的備品 如果沒有的話 飯店的大廳也有販賣機可以購買 飯店地理位置很好 很適合要在江南區活動的人 門口五十公尺就有可以前往仁川機場的機場巴士 非常方便、

2路線が通るソンルン駅から近くて、出掛けるのにとても便利でした。オフィス街なので騒がしくないのも良かったです。 部屋やバスルームもとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。マットレスなのかカーテンなのか、部屋に入った瞬間の臭いが少し気になったので、清潔さの星を一つ減らしました。

日本語が話せるスタッフさんがいて助かった。親切な対応だった。 シャワーの水圧も問題なかった。 トイレが流れないことがあったが、フロントに電話したらすぐに直しに来てくれた。 部屋はビジネスホテルを少し広くした感じで過ごしやすかった。

It was a great hotel in the center of Gangnam area. I was there for a business convention at COEX, and the location was good and the property was well maintained. My room had an issue with the heater but the maintenance team looked into it and fixed it promptly.

The room looked clean but it was dusty. As we are allergic, we needed to take medicine morning and night. Other than that, it was located in a good area. There's a convenience store in B1. Olive Young and many kinds of coffee shops around the hotel. Pretty convenient. They also have a coin laundry in the 9th floor and it is inexpensive. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
