We loved staying here. It was close to good food, 7/11 was right next door, and it was only a short walk to the subway. It felt safe, clean, and quiet. This was my favorite stay during my whole trip!

Overall, Shilla Stay is an excellent hotel. The hotel staff was professional and kind, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. One glitch was that the coffee machine in the Cafe didn't work correctly. When I pushed latte, it only produced milk, and when I pushed americano, it made somewhat poor-quality coffee. Coffee is essential for me to start my day so that it could have been more manageable. The cleaning staff in the Cafe sometimes cleaned the table too fast, so when I returned to my table shortly after, all my food was gone.

This hotel was really close to the subway and bus stops making it easy for public travel on our trip and all the employees were super nice and considerate when it came to language barrier, also the seven eleven right outside the exist was super nice and convenient

There is a decent hotel restaurant offering buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff are well trained to serve guests, both reception and room cleaning staff. The shampoo shower gel lotion seems to be mid-high tier UK brand (made in Italy though) Only not perfect enough was the hotel controlling aircon temp yet the weather in Seoul in end Oct was 14-20C which the control of ~25C aircon wasn’t enough to make the room cool, even at night it is not comfortable enough. Suggest the hotel to be flexible on this until the weather is really cold (I support environmentally friendly with a balance of comfortable stay) I joined their loyalty programme

Few minutes walk to two subway stations, city bus stops, and airport limousine (K limousine). Room is spacious and clean. Has a currency exchange machine (WOW Pass). Walkable distance to a street full of restaurants options.

Overall good stay but too busy
It’s a decent hotel to stay; great location, friendly staff, good room condition, etc. One minor drawback that I think is that it’s just so busy and popular that it’s just hard to get complementary early check-in. You should pay fees if you want to check in earlier than 3PM.
