Located in a privileged position just a few steps from the sea, Raffaello House offers you maximum comfort for a relaxing holiday and unforgettable moments by the sea. With a cozy double bedroom and a bedroom with single beds, it's ideal for a family or group of friends.

The bright living room is the perfect place to unwind after a sunny day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dinners with fresh local products or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.



POSITION

The house is just a few steps from the beach, giving you the opportunity to take a walk on the sand, swim in the crystal clear waters or sunbathe in total tranquillity.

Riva Trigoso is a lovely seaside resort, with delicious restaurants, shops and a dash of nightlife. You can explore the natural beauties of the area or visit the nearby cities, such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, easily reachable by public transport, not to mention the nearby Cinque Terre, which can be easily reached by train.

Riva Trigoso station is located less than two kilometers from the apartment.

Geräumige Wohnung - schöner Urlaubsort

Große Wohnung mit sehr viel Stauraum im ersten Stock ( deutsche Zählung) eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 Meter. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Agentur) war unkompliziert. Check in mit Schlüsselsafe. Riva Trigoso, ein Vorort von Sestri Levante, ist ruhig und Alman frei; praktisch gibt es fast nur italienische Feriengäste. Kleine Kritik an derWohnung: bei großer Hitze würde man wohl eine Klimaanlage vermissen. Ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher fehlen in der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Küche. Alles in allem aber eine empfehlenswerte Wahl.
