It wasn't visitor ready.
There were a lot, lot of cobwebs by the main door. The toilets in both bathrooms were dirty. The floors needed sweeping and the carpet in the downstairs bedroom was stained and looked like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed in a while. There were no curtains on windows that needed them so that the sun would not heat up the cabin and to keep people from seeing in. The curtains on the patio doors were ripped in places and did not help keep the sun out. The blinds on the 1st floor bedroom were broke and we had to use a pillow to block the light, from the sun and car headlights at night (cabin is on busy road). We had to used Fiberglass Filters that we found to cover up the 1st floor bathroom window so no one could see in and to keep the sun out. The grass was not cut and was very tall. We had to call the co-host to have someone come over to cut it so we could walk to the yard. Some nails were sticking up on deck. There was no clear/safe way to enter the creek behind the house into the water. The yard was very sloped and to step down into the creek was quite a drop off. The pictures that were shown in the Vrbo ad were not showing the true picture. The area that was cleared was the cabin next door. There was no instruction on how to use the tv/remote. Would I recommend this cabin to a friend or a customer, no I would not, unless all the negatives were fixed or repaired. We have stayed at cabins thru Vrbo and never had a problem like this.
