房間寬敞安靜，櫃檯也很有耐心。早餐選擇也相當多，cp值不錯。只是一條街上同名字酒店很多家，不要跑錯喔！

酒店前台没礼貌，地理位置不好，很不方便，除了在酒店，走出去起码要20分钟才能找到一个店。酒店整洁，但可能太新的原因，有很大的味道，不知道甲醇是否超标，我不建议入住此酒店。

質感很好的商務酒店，人員親切。週邊有兩座大商場奧特萊斯可以逛個夠。

great place to stay, quite and safe. We love the breakfast buffet. The only one thing is cannot adjust the air conditional, it controlled by central set as 28C which is hot in the room.

客室がとても広く清潔で、ソファも家族向けと感じるほど広く、快適です。デスクが長く大きく、お部屋でビジネスに集中できるでしょう。ただリゾート感は無く、中国では普通の高層マンションが眼前にあるのみ。二十元の空港送迎も提供時間が限られており利用できず残念でした(タクシーでは五十元ほど)

Worst service
Worst service. The manager Jason is a very good guy and helpful but the entire team sucks. They do not have a bell cart and no one is helpful. None of them can say hello in English. They have attitude issues too

Sofa bed was dirty and old mattress. I had to call to change it. Far from metro station. Breakfast was really good. You have to carry your own luggages.

I would specifically like to mention RONALD on the front desk .... I arrived late post midnight coz of my flight delay .... Ronald helped me check in like he would do for any other guy .... however , since the kitchen was closed and I was famished , he ordered food for me from outside .... I was very impressed with this out of the way helping attitude ..... thank you so much Ronald ..... you have provided me with one of the best service I’ve received in a very long time ... keep it up

Shanghai to go for summer vacation. The hotel is satisfied in all its aspects. I was satisfied with cleanliness, especially breakfast.However, one hotel location is too far away from the city. There is nothing around when you leave the hotel. You can't move at all until you call a taxi.I'm

Decent stay
Firstly the location is quite far out especially if you arrive in Pudong. Please do not be fooled by the name of New Hongqiao because it was no where near Hongqiao. Check in was not smooth because the system error at 1am. Spent around 20 mins at front desk trying to find my booking and get my key. Room was nice because it was all new and typical Hyatt property. Breakfast selection in my opinion is enough but table cleanliness is lacking, maybe the restaurant is short staffed. Overall its a pleasant stay for the property but the location is really not so convenient.

홍차오 공항에서 가깝고 ,박람회장까지 셔틀버스가 있어 좋았습니다
최장점은 홍차오 공항에서 가깝고 ,박람회장까지 무료셔틀버스가 있어 좋았습니다 신축호텔인지 시설이 아주 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 다만 도보로 가능한 주변시설이 아직 개발중인지 아무것도 없고 까르푸나 음식점이 거리가 있어 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

it was nice except transportation. guest should use taxi only or by car. Not available of public transportation service like Metro / bus. others like room conditions, service and facilities are OK. While staying at Hyatt Place Shanghai New Hongqiao, you’ll find yourself perfectly located to visit Shanghai’s myriad attractions in the west of the city, from an ancient town to botanical gardens, from a national forest park to a water park.
