The hotel’s location is very convenient for shopping, dining and businesses. On top of that, we met a great hotel staff, Iris, this time. Iris processed the checkin for us. She is very warm and has great service attitude. She even did a wonderful little guide book for us. We’re really impressed and touched.

Not anymore good hotel... don’t go to this hotel.
Honestly, no next time to leave here, I don’t know why the staff talk to me in English while they are Chinese and I am Chinese. And her English is not very good as well with a lot of Chinese accent. I don’t know why I find Shangri-La is not cosmopolitan hotel, not very friendly... not very helpful. The lobby manager smile in a very fake way. Anyway, I will not stay in this hotel again, even their location is good.

一進房打開保險箱要關下木門，螺絲就掉了，顯示設備老舊，通知房門後，工作人員拆走維修，內部可能沒紀錄，清潔人員還以為我們拆掉，感覺不佳。隔天吃早餐時，服務人員表示住宿僅含一份早餐，經再次確認才發現登記有誤，結果第三天早上也是如此（連住兩天），表示內部連繄有極大改善空間，check out要去機場，請拿寄放行李及叫計程車服務，櫃台人員表示有事在忙，等了六分鐘，也沒叫其他人幫忙處理，我只好自己找別人幫忙。 我前兩天住四季酒店，check in後櫃台人員主動表示連住兩天自動升等，但香格里拉只有制式表達有加價升等方案，我感覺以香格里拉飯店的收費標準，這樣相關的服務品質比四季差很多，下回不會再住香格里拉了
