Very disappointed
First day the curtain malfunctioned, and the bathtub plug broke! After hours of fixing, they allowed a room change but that wasted half of the day! Second day after the room change, it seemed fine, until I took a shower, the water flooded out due to drainage problem, the whole bathroom was filled with water! A technician was sent again, and I had to wait in the room again for it to be fixed and have all the mats and towers changed. Not the quality i was expecting for Conrad

The room condition is good. However, the food quality of the restaurant for breakfast is so so. The chef was not able to cook “Sun Side Up Eggs”. The first round was rejected due to the egg yolk being broken. I requested to cook the second round but the bottom of the egg was over done seriously. In general, raw materials of food are fine but the cooking skill of chef is below standard.

Best location which station in one of famous tourist area in Shanghai, metro station is nearby (within 5 mins walk). Hotel is renovation which is not good during period I stay, facilities are a bit old fashion consider the history of it but it can cover by the convenience location. Room is tidy and clean, size is proper.
