Everything is good for this hotel.
However, there is no air conditioning for the room in the winter time, according to the staff. I need to turn off the air con, and open the door to avoid too hot in the room.
Please take this into consideration if you stay in winter time.

Travel during Xmas vacation
Need to wait for the room after check-in at 2pm. We waited at the lobby for about 30 minutes and no one told us the room was ready until we asked. Pillows are too soft.

renaissan yu garden is very good location and easy accessible to most attraction places. hotel staff and workers are polite and helpful and especially the robot can help to deliver. indoor pool is very nice with its long opening time till 11pm. the only area needs to improve is to inform hotel guest who wishes to use the pool must wear a swimming cap as a hygiene concern. I notice the life guard not recognise this rule. also life guard is not standby in the pool to on duty and the jacuzzi is not functioning as life guard does not switch on. plse improve but hotel is highly recommended.
