Tucked behind Shanghai's most famous West Nanjing Road, the house is just steps away from 3 metro lines (West Nanjing Road Station) that will bring you to all the tourist attractions in Shanghai. You'll be in the centre of it all!

For guests visiting in the cooler months, you'll be delighted that the entire house is fitted with floor heating, so you'll always be warm and toasty and have the most enjoyable stay!

【The Space】
This exceptionally placed 2-bedroom suite is located on the 31st-floor of a residential block just a street away from West Nanjing Road and is surrounded by a long list of popular restaurants and bars. This spacious (95 sqm) apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely.

The interior is stylishly designed in contemporary style and is immaculately clean and well equipped. The easy transport access makes this the perfect base for you to embrace China’s most dynamic city.

Perfect for up to 4 guests, the apartment has everything you need, including hi-speed internet, TV, cable TV, washing machine & dryer, kitchen appliances, utensils and toiletries.

The apartment is organized as follows:
2 bedrooms (bed: 160x200cm)
1 living room, (sofa, TV, internet, cable tv)
1 dining room (table, 4 chairs)
1 kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine & dryer)
1 bathroom (Shower room, toilets, Large mirror and washbasin)

With brand new air conditioning (in the living room and two bedrooms) you will be comfortable all year long. The apartment is very quiet and is also located in a complex with 24H security. The block is also serviced by 3 elevators and has two large windows in the living room facing south west for lovely sunset over Shanghai skyline.

The house is fully equipped including:

Weekly housekeeping service will be included if you stay longer than one week. Fresh towels, linens & toiletries will also be included.

The property was great, but not as glamorous as the photos make it out to be. BUT that is a very miniscule part of the review. It was still a very great place, great location. Shanghai was the last leg of our trip and we are so glad it was at Faye's property. Such an awesome and relaxing time! I think the best part is the host. Faye is the real MVP. Best customer experience I've had in a long long time. She is so helpful, gracious, generous, and accommodating. The responsiveness, too, was impeccable! I was communicating with her when I booked way in advance and the Pacific Ocean and time zones between us didn't stop her from coordinating with me! Would definitely stay at her place again as we REALLY enjoyed our stay in Shanghai and need to see more of the city!

Nicely renovated and great location with city view
Our stay at Faye’s place was very joyful. The instructions of how to access the property was very easy to understand with pictures. On the first day, Faye had her helper stored fresh milk and fruits to welcome me and my children. She also checked in with me later on that day to ensure everything was okay and if I had any questions. Additionally, she sent me maps of how to get to some of the key places near the property, for example, bus stops, the National Nature Museum, the subway entrance, and etc. That information was very helpful for the rest of our stay. It is located in a very convenient location. It has easy access to subway and bus, Family Marts, restaurants, and hospital just in case. The place is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It had great view of the Shanghai World Financial Center, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Tower, and more. At night, when the neon lights were on, you got a million dollar view through the windows. Since our stay was during high humid and heat season, we had to change our clothes often. With the limited clothes that we brought with us for our trip, we were very grateful that the place has wash machine, tons of hangers, and clothing rack to allow us to get our clothes cleaned and able to change into refreshed clothes every day. We felt like home during our stay and will definitely book Faye’s place again.

Lovely place with everything you need! Gorgeous Shanghai city view, great location, easy to get around and surrounded by lots of good restaurants. Faye helped us organise airport transfer and the communication and checked-in were perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who travels to Shanghai!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view overseeing the city and great location with short walking distance to the West Nanjing Road subway station. The apartment is really clean and also has good security. Wished we stayed longer! Host is responsive to messages and super flexible with check in.
