雖然大廈外觀比較「有風味」，但內在實在很好，適合家庭入住。設備齊全，聯絡安排也很好。從藏書看得出屋主是中國哲學的愛好者，所以房間的裝飾也很有品味。

Check everything before book
This owner has four apts, and not every one has the facility here mentioned. I had a stay for 22 nights for business chosing here instead of hotel mainly because of the washer. Place looks nice but not functioning well, no washer, no hotwater, no pot for boiling water on the first day which really surprised me. Communicated with owner to change to another apt few days later. New apt has everything but unable to flush ANY paper. This is quite a disgusting way to handle the used paper and i can only find the bin two streets again. Every other day the toilet was blocked which really bothering. Tried to ask for the refund from both hotels.com and the owner, both cant help. I was stuck in the worst position at that time. Finally owner agreed to clean up the apt on a daily basis (which is one of the must do service offer on hotels.com). To be honest owner has to be responsible on what they claimed they can offer. Place is not that bad honestly

Do Not Book this Hotel/ Apt!!!!! I booked it the day before my stay. After arriving around 4 p.m. (after taking two trains and walking through the rain) I made it to the lobby downstairs. I tried calling the owner but his phone was off. I tried messaging through the Expedia app and received no response. I waited for an hour and continued to call with no luck of reaching the owner. I called Expedia to help me contact the owner and they also couldn’t reach him, so Expedia offered to help me find another accommodation nearby since I explained I was there with my children in the rain and needed to rest as I had been traveling all day and there was no indication if this owner would even respond. I had to pay almost $200 for the new accommodation! Way more expensive than I had budgeted ,but since it was late , we had very little choice. Expedia booked a 1 bed hotel even though we were 3 people (and they knew this because our booking had this information) Expedia left it up to this hotel / apt to consider refunding me the original booking , they denied it , and now a $132 dollar hotel stay cost me $332! Do not book this apt, you’ve been warned!
