I was easily bothered by traffic noise, so I requested a room not facing the main road. However, the hotel arranged a room facing the main road when I arrived. I wrote to the hotel next day about the problem. The hotel soon made an adjustment of my room. It was great that the hotel cared about customers' demand. If the hotel could remind me in advance, it would be much better. The later adjusted room was a little smaller and cheaper. If the hotel reminded me in advance, I could make correct reservation and pay less fees for my room. However, I still think the hotel is a good choice.
