Apartment with Terrace in the Heart of SIENA

Elegant 85 sqm apartment, consisting of a suite (master bedroom), a room with three bunk beds, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen and living room offer direct access to a large outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying moments in the fresh air.

Thanks to the 32" Full HD Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc., you can enjoy a fun-filled evening.

The bathroom features a shower cabin, full sanitary facilities, a hairdryer, and a Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a washing machine. There are also various custom compartments to accommodate all your personal belongings, including luggage.

You will always have plenty of space and maximum comfort, with access to the terrace connecting the living room and the kitchen. On the terrace, you will find a small outdoor table and a dryer, all equipped with double vertical mechanical curtains.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a free Welcome Kit provided by the house, bed linens, blankets, and duvet, along with everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a "Lavazza" coffee machine. Capsules are provided to satisfy every need. Both bedrooms are very cozy and bright. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a bookshelf, a table, and a shoe rack in the storage room.

Finally, the central heating, active from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, ensures a consistently comfortable environment. During the colder months, you will find the apartment already pleasantly heated upon your arrival, ready to welcome you with the utmost comfort.

Via Francigenia starting point

We selected Siena as our starting point for our hike on the via francigenia to Roma. This was a great property for us to acclimate to Italy. We had a bit of a walk to get down into the city but it was great to prep us for our long pilgrimage. We got see a Palio race and it was great time to be in Siena. The accommodations were spectacular. The weather was hot but the ceiling fans on high kept us cool at night and we slept well. Thanks for making our via francigenia starting point so wonderful.
