Great Stay at Crescent Arms

This was our 2nd visit to Siesta Key and first time at Crescent Arms. Loved our view of the ocean from the deck on the 4th floor. Condo was clean, parking was easy with a designated covered space(we just had one car). Great access to beach/ocean. Pool was a bit far from building but ended up going to beach instead. Would stay here again!!

Perfect location!

The condo is in a perfect location with a screened in patio overlooking the water and beach. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach. The hosts made it so easy with emailed instructions.

Week alone

Went to spend a week alone on Siesta Key Beach and this place rocked. Had every thing we needed and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store. Would rent this unit again and again. Property manager goes above and beyond!

Awesome location!!!!

Right on the beach! Very clean, excellent communication from property owners. Ended up missing a balcony and 6th bed (air mattress) was awful but couch worked. Everything else was perfect. Walking distance from anything you need (loved the Daiquiri Deck!)

Everything You Need, Including A Great View

The unit is everthing that you could need on the beach. Lots of space, beautifully decorated, great view. We love how the balcony has been enclosed with the large windows. It's a great place for our family of five (with three boys) to spend a week on our favorite beach. It's especially nice to have extras in the unit like video games, a closet of books and board games, and all kinds of needed items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc). The resort is well maintained including the pool. Plus Sunnyside Properties is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any needs you have.

Nice view of beach from the Lanai

Initially had trouble with entry of unit, the code was missing from the check-in info. The maintenance manager was extremely helpful with getting us access to the unit. The unit is a nice size, small kitchen but had all the essentials, beds are very soft, not too comfortable, understandably have waterproof mattress pads but adds heat to the bedding. Both bathrooms were clean and water pressure was good. The porch/lanai is really nice, it is screened which we noticed the majority of the other condos in the area were not. It was an added bonus having the lighted ceiling fan. You cannot view the sunset from here but no problem with walking down to the beach. Even though access to beach chairs begin at 7:30 am, plan on getting down there earlier, a line starts before 7:00 am, rows of beach chairs, like sitting in a movie theater, couldn't believe the number of chairs for a beach without public access! A nice place to visit.

Beautiful Unit

WOW!!!! WOW!! WOW! This unit in Crescent Arms is perfect!! Lisa the property agent, is fantastic!! The unit has all the amenities you could dream of! Everything is well maintained, the deck furniture is extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Crescent Arms

We loved our stay! Condo was wonderful with a great view of the beach! Everything you needed to start our vacation was provided and loved having the beach chairs there waiting for us. One morning we even saw dolphins from the balcony! Perfect for our beach vacation at Siesta Key!

Talk about the perfect location! It doesn’t get any better than this! This condo is wonderful! It’s exactly as described. They even provided a few basic supplies to get you through until your first trip to the grocery store! We can’t wait to come back!

I was pleasantly surprised with the beach view, the beach, beach , beach! The condo had comfortible, beautiful furniture. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make & eat meals. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. Look forward to coming back!

Very nice uniit with great location

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and right on the beach. The condo puts out beach chairs every morning. There is a charge for umbrellas. The sun sets right in front of the unit. The only complaint is that one of the mattresses should be replaced, but it is not so bad that you can't sleep on it.

Crescent Arms Condo

We have been staying at Crescent Arms for several years. we enjoyed our time as we always do.We usually stay in the same condo each year. This year the condo was not as clean as it was in past years, floors were dirty,light coating of sand in places. Kitchen counter tops, the same gritty sandy feeling, doors around handles dirty, dark marks & fingerprints. This is the first time we experienced this. With that being said, we will be coming back we do enjoy our time and the perfect location of the condo.

An expensive disappointment

The location, the beach and the view of the gulf from the lanai were lovely. But the unit was not clean. The kitchen was not well equipped. The master bedroom was not located with the ensuite! The matresses were deplorable and the sheets were soiled! As a result, we left early - November 21st! We would never stay there again and we would never recommend it.

Beautiful condo w amazing view

The wrap around patio doors providing amazing beach view are the best. Overall clean, well appointed unit. Sunnyside Properties communication and check in/out was great. We've rented beach condos for years in different locations and this ranks as one of the best for us.
