满意的商务住宿地
地理位置尚可,逛街购物较远但是散步就在河边很方便的。主路边上稍微有点吵,但是有开放阳台的酒店你就不要挑他毛病了,就是朝后的房间有空调主机所以也有些吵闹不太好办。早餐种类满意,服务热情周到。 房间内洗手间稍微局促,还有押金信用卡返还很慢,十天了还没到账。其它无可挑剔。

Good facilities with poor service
The room and facilities are nice.However, services here are bad.When I check in, the first time they gave a room which is still in a mess and someone is cleaning the room.I have to go down and wait for another room.After I got into the room, I found I have to call and ask for a list of toiletries and everything else.I don't understand why everything in the room is one or two when it is a family suite and We check in with three people.

初踏入酒店大堂,實在有種豪華旳感覺,但酒店的服務員在整個check in時候也沒有正視我們一眼,感覺不良好,當進入房間後,與大堂既感覺根本二回事,房間太細了平放行也不能,房間的用料和設計是曾經豪華!

****過於實的酒店
酒店外形尚算讓人有四星的感覺,但一走進就原形畢露。 1.負責CHECK-IN 的職員用了不少於20分鐘才能交出房卡。 2.房間驟眼看還算整齊,但再細看時發覺房間的清潔及整理都是一塌糊塗。 a.房間的衣櫃一打開竟然有兩條用過的毛巾。 b.房間浴室的地上及浴缸充滿毛髮。 c.床上原有的四個枕頭只放了兩個。 d.即使投訴後職員稱會跟進改善,翌日的房間清潔及整理都未太大改善, 依然明顯有毛髮, 堅持只放兩個枕頭 3.根據網上資料,只需步行10-15分鐘可達CHINATOWN, 實際上需時更長很不方便。其一,由CHINATOWN 方向步行10分鐘仍不會看見酒店,要到很近距離才會見到。其二,步行來往需要穿越主要道路,故必須上落行人天橋。結果經過一輪摸索,於酒店外乘搭51或186 可輕鬆來往酒店興CHINATOWN。不要指望酒店的免費穿梭巴士,時間上是不會配合的(晏出早歸)。

一般般,性價比不是很高
房間安靜,衛生還可以。前臺服務不是很熱情,房間很簡單,除了兩瓶免費礦泉水沒有其他東西。房間沒有新加坡電源轉換插頭,問了前臺不給提供,還要花高價去買。周圍基本沒有什麽可以購物的地方。要購物需要走很遠。餐館只有一樓大廳的餐廳,早餐自助餐種類少價格貴,遠不及國敦河畔酒店。
