Very bad experience in Four Seasons Sg: 1. Room and facilities are aged, comparing to other Four seasons attached photo with a faded mirror and duct all over. 2. Very irresponsible staff: we had the Christmas high tea set in the cafe. We then asked for bring-to-room service for our unfinished food. After we get back to our hotek room at night. Room and uncleaned, without the cake items that we left over. Strangely, we looked at how the restaurant staff pack the desserts but they did not end up sending to the room. We are waiting for Four Season’s explanation and pending. Elsemore, they also mixed up our bill with other customers for three times. Very strange staff.

Execellent Hotel
Classic design and comfortable hotel with good service. The breakfast is good with quite many choices. The only thing is one day I saw some fruit flys on the melon and told the staff. He just drove them away and not switched the melon.

寄存行李的时候要小心。
寄放的行李被弄丢，开始的态度很冷淡，后面找行李看监控的过程中，没有人告知进展，我们被晾在酒店大堂。出于没有安全感，选择投诉，但四季酒店电话告知没有投诉热线。无奈下报警，酒店经理才开始向我们解释情况和道歉。过程中的处理方式不太好。最后是客人被行李服务员给错行李，误拿。等待了1小时，过程中去请求了两瓶水，坐门口椅子上干等。不再对四季这个品牌有忠诚。今后不会再入住。

Amazing hotel! personalised service and very kid friendly. Even the house keeping staff were considerate and put up the protective border of the extra bed for my child and also we received some candies and cupcakes on arrival on a very cute kid's plate. Would recommend if you have children. Location is perfect, 5 minutes to ION Orchard. The interior was refurbished and redecorated recently so it doesn't feel used at all. Although the inside of the room (the beddings) felt a bit humid, the bathroom is huge with a bidet and a bathtub. The family pool on the 20th floor is a bit small but nonetheless enjoyable and cool in the afternoon in terms of the temperature considering the humid and hot weather in Singapore.

位置有點難找，第一次去需要點時間摸索，距離地鐵站最近是在Ion商場出來，周邊能吃東西的地方都比較高級，價位也比較高了，適合商務活動

Excellent location with good accessibility. My kid loves his birthday surprise of the cake, balloons and the amazing graffiti on the bathroom mirror! The room is of highest standard that I can possibly get. The staff are super friendly and I will defiantly return.
