Great location and convenience accommodation. You can find everything just around the corner, i.e. 7-11, supermarket, restaurant etc. convenient to most of tourist spots. Better to download Grab for a taxi.

不滿：職員與服務
三房兩廳兩衛浴，廚具洗衣機應有盡有，但待了一晚發現，除了主臥房，其餘兩個房間都超小，放不下行李箱，主臥之淋浴間會積水，冰箱水跟水壺發霉，最大的不便是離地鐵真得很遠，雖然有接駁車，但第一班車10點多，且沒有到克拉碼頭的車。此外，一切都算完美，但最失望的是，最後一天退房時，當天早上下著大雨，詢問櫃台是否有接駁車到地鐵站，櫃檯貼心地問了我們要去哪裡，我們告知要去機場，她便說可以搭接駁車3站到武吉士(綠線)，在轉地鐵到機場，會快些且再15分鐘接駁車就會到，於是我們決定等接駁車去武吉士，接駁車大約晚了10分鐘，在新加坡公車不會準時是常態，況且當天又下大雨，跟門衛確認我們接駁車的班車來了後，我們一行六人，先是兩人上了接駁車，當第三人要上車時，被飯店另一名員工(當時氣到忘了看該名員工之職稱及名字了)阻止，他說接駁車不載行李且堅持讓我們下車，司機此時用中文問我們坐得下嗎?當時車上還有約10個空位，包含行李是可以載的，很顯然地，司機是想載我們的，當時又下著大雨，但那名員工還是不讓我們上車，接駁車就這樣離開了，原本在門口的所有飯店人員也跟著全部離開，完全沒人詢問是否需要幫忙或幫忙叫車，耽誤了半個小時，在大雨中狂奔搭公車轉地鐵去機場，還好趕在關櫃前check-in,在離開新加坡前發生如此不愉快的事情，再也不會在選擇世界各地的輝盛公寓入住了。 It's very far to the MRT station,about 25 minutes walk distance.Except the master bedroom, other rooms are very small.The most disappointing thing was happened after check-out.It rained heavy,and we asked the counter whether there is a shuttle to the MRT station.The counter staff asked us where we go,and we told "to the airport".She said we could take the shuttle to the Bugis, and transferred the subway to the airport, it would be faster and just waited for shuttle bus about 15 minutes, so we decided to wait for the bus. About 10 minutes later,another staff of the hotel appeared and stopped us to get on the bus and said no luggage.The bus driver asked us in Chinese "Are vacant seats enough?"It was enough that time.Obviously, the driver also wanted to carry us, but the staff insisted we cannot get on the bus.The bus left and all staffs of hotel left in a heavy rain. No one wanted to help us.So bad experience.

房間寬敞舒適，飯店的健身房是24小時!! 還有游泳池!!附近離MALL也很近!! 如果是家庭旅行非常推薦!! 三個房間~~最多可以住到六個人， 還有客廳和廚房，可以開伙，廚具用品也很齊全， 另外還有洗衣機，飯店很貼心也有準備洗衣粉~~ 洗衣機也可以烘乾衣服唷!!

Nice hotel just like home
This hotel is very comfortable. It has a Deluxe Room and 3 bedrooms. It has a kitchen and 2 bathroom. It is so suitable to my family because we have five people in my family. It also includes a washer which we can wash our clothes. The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. There are also shuttle buses which can take us to different shopping malls and Commercial areas. It is convenience for us. We are so happy to stay at this hotel.

軟硬適中的床，廳房皆寬敞。樓下雖有酒吧，夜間仍然安靜易眠。靠近新加坡河是散步好地點，便利商店近在咫尺，較大的購物中心走路約6分鐘，美中不足距離MRT需15分鐘步行。

非常大，非常适合家庭居住。
一切体验都非常好，早餐餐厅有少许拥挤，但是勉强可以找到位置。 除了电梯似乎有些故障，中间的电梯，进入后无法刷卡到6楼，和其他住客到了10楼，依然无法下至6楼，所以准备和朋友出来，但是我自己出来后，我朋友未出来，电梯门便开始关上。我用手阻挡电梯门关上，似乎没有红外线或者其他相关机制可以探测到有物体在两门之间，电梯门便直接关上，电梯下降至1楼。不过好在有及时把手强硬抽出，否则可能会造成安全事故。所以电梯可能需要检修一下。

靠近超市，可以隨時買東西回去煮，清潔人員和服務生都很親切，能及時回覆需求，飯店舒適，四天下來住的很舒服，配備很齊全，而且空間大，很像在新加坡租一間小房子的感覺，很溫馨，同行友人都很滿意這次的住宿，下次有機會再來新加坡，會列入住宿名單^_^！

整體客房很舒適 離克拉碼頭約十分鐘路程 住的是一大床2小床 有客廳 飯廳 廚房 可以自行煮東西來吃 但是要注意甜食拆開了不要亂放 有螞蟻出沒!!

Close to Clarke Quay, but a little bit far from MRT, it takes about 15minutes to Clarke Quay MRT. Room is big and clean. Good to stay in family room.

整體不錯，合一家大小，地般方便。
三房兩廳一套房，廚房仲有洗衣機添，我住個間地般方便，步行10分鐘到烏節路MRT station,單位有花園，樓上會是露台，但酒店服務員只一般，我們一行6大3小俾佢影印passport後copy多左一個人走去計我total 10人，浪費我們時間，房間最多7人，我有一位3歲以上小童要補錢。自助早餐幾好食，隔離有個室內兒童玩樂室，泳池細左d,另一邊有個小朋友喜水池有滑梯比較驚喜。

It's extremetly good for family trip, spacious and great commmon area for sharing and chatting. The restaurant for breakfast is small with limited choices. The location is far from MRT so not so convinent.

Spacious and comfortable
The apartment is very spacious and it is good for family trip, however the small restaurant for breakfast is a bit small with limited selection of food. The location is not too convinent as it is not close to MRT and it is very difficult to get a taxi in summer time especially from popular tourist site back to hotel

The location of the hotel is OK. Quiet and convenient. The services are good. They also provide shuttle bus to commercial and shopping zones. However, the refill of beverage is not daily, only on the first day while I have taken four days stay.

This is a fantastic find particularly for an extended stay (more than 2 or 3 days). With a small kitchen, washer/dryer and sitting area in our unit, we were very self-sufficient and able to accommodate different sleep schedules (critical when you are coming from the States).

First impressions are important and I was very impressed with what I saw. The hotel is an older building but with all Fraser's properties its their attention to detail that was most evident. From check-in to check-out I could not fault anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoyed having you as a guest. My room was apartment style which was perfect for my stay and was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. If I had to find any fault and its just me being picky, it would be the very small bathroom with the layout not very conducive for easy access. Overall I had an amazing stay albeit too short and will definitely stay again. Thank you everyone involved for making this a very memorable experience.

Above average stay
The location is fantastic, but the facility itself is just above average. I have stayed at many Fraser Residences in Singapore and elsewhere, and this was the least impressive. The unit I stayed in was dated, the bedroom small although the living area was big enough. The sink and the shower drains were partially blocked, and so the water would pool when you use them. Staff I interacted with were friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again but mainly because of the location.

Had an enjoyable week at Fraser Place. The staff were lovely and welcoming, even letting us borrow a power adaptor. The room was spacious and well presented. I was concerned when I discovered our room was directly opposite the lifts, but I didn't hear a peep the entire stay! The courtyard downstairs was kind of a night life area and we did get a bit of background noise from that on the 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, with slightly different items available each day. Some days were busier than others but we always managed to find a table. There were plenty of restaurants around, but all were pretty westernised (mainly Italian) and kind of expensive. It was only a 5 minute walk to Fort Canning MRT, or a nice 15 minute walk along the river to Clarke Quay MRT on the other line. Between the 2 lines the trains pretty much took us wherever we wanted to go - was a great location for getting around! Unfortunately we never did get time to try out the pool, but it looked welcoming and was never too crowded.

Amazing hotel from which you can quickly access 2 metro stations (Fort Canning & Clarke Quay) and walk/boat along the river. Travelled with 2 small children and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We had a very comfortable stay with our family. 2 brm apart was great. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast included in our deal was awesome. Bottled water delivered daily to room. Close to transport MRT and bus. Supermarket and 711 across road. Walking distance to vibrant Clarke Quay. Restaurants local.
