The hotel is not bad but don't expect too much from it. Bus stops are close to hotel. Also it situated in old town area which mainly lived by working class ppl. Was a fun experience to explore different aspect of Singapore. But if you would like to stay in some modern areas with shopping malls, this hotel may not be your choice.

是次住三人房，雖然房間較小，但是原本是住沒有窗的房間，但是在詢問下第二天酒店人員就幫我們換成有窗的房間，而且住宿很乾淨。

Vacation with my sister 1)customer service is very good. 2)too too small as I have 2 21cm luggage both put on chair and desk as no space anymore. 3)too noise at the night and morning when people come and go , we could not sleep until midnight when nobody come and out.... 4)poor air conditioner, under control as some times too hot and some times too cold, make us crazy. 5)no refrigerator as I missing to check this point....so sad for the hot weather. 6)only shower gel, teeth bush, 2 cups and 2 bottles water ...no other's things are provided. 7)bath room is too small and enough for 1 person no more then 180 pounds to standing up. 8) I stayed 4 days 3 nights and they just fixed the bed sheets everyday only, no cups and room dust cleaning. If for vacation that I will not come anymore. if for 1 day businesses trip that may ok

飯店離地鐵站有點小遠，但附近很多公車站，坐公車很方便！房間很小，隔音不太好，但蠻乾淨的！

房客素質真的很重要
附近很多公車，往市區很方便，有便利商店又有好吃的港式點心，還24hr，缺點是有些房間沒有窗戶顯得狹小，浴室有的乾濕分離有的沒有不知道會被安排到哪種，隔音非常差，這次剛好遇到沒水準的大家族，孩子一直吼叫、開關門很大力、走道上講話也不會降低音量，這個真的很糟糕

蘭花我前後已住過4次，這次蘭花酒店經過整修過後，房間乾淨度不錯，價格也維持以往便宜，至於新加坡飯店的隔音問題幾乎都是正常現象，所以習慣就好，別用台灣標準要求。 人員服務態度不錯比以往好更多，房間電視也比以往多了幾台，還不錯。

Absolutely terrible experience. Rooms are so tiny and suffocating. Asked trolley for the luggage , was told don’t have one. Requested for if a staff can help with luggage was told don’t have enough staff. Don’t supply tea bags only makes mixer pack. Description was not accurate. Male manager was really good and professional
