這間飯店的體驗真的令人感到失望。首先，房間太小了，這絕對不是一個舒適的居住空間。更糟糕的是，飯店竟然位於殯儀館旁邊，這實在是一個極為不適合休息的環境。在這樣的地點入住，絕對會讓人感到毛骨悚然，情緒低落。 至於房間的設施，洗澡的蓮蓬頭居然水散得到處都是，這根本不是我們期待的。另外，冷氣直接吹到床上，早上起來喉嚨乾燥，這種情況真的很糟糕。我們希望未來的飯店能夠改進這點，不要讓冷氣直接對著床，這樣會讓客人感到不適，甚至可能引起頭痛等不適感。 總的來說，這次的住宿體驗讓我感到不滿意。希望飯店方面能夠在房間大小、設施維護和客房舒適度方面加以改善，提供給客人一個更好的住宿環境。

交通相當方便，在 downtown line上。對面就是廟宇會聽到鐘聲或是燒紙錢的味道，新加坡殯儀館就在附近，有忌諱的旅客可以注意。晚上回飯店前可以在附近的「坤肉骨茶」吃個宵夜味道好又實惠，他開到午夜兩點。 但房間的空間實在太小了。只有一張雙人床加上床尾的走道而已。廁所與浴室居然共用一個玻璃門只能輪流關閉（正確說來只是有滑輪的移動玻璃隔間），因為不是完全密閉，因此浴室的水還是會濺出來，使用上要小心。除此之外，還算是舒適。

缺點: 酒店房非常極度細..細到開左一個喼已經冇位行..冇枱冇櫈冇位擺野..雪櫃壞的..燈光較暗..開熱水5分鐘後會變凍..酒店門口係樓梯要自己搬行李上落, 對面係佛廟經常聽到打鐘聲...冇漱口杯要用咖啡杯或者自備 優點: 酒店職員態度很好, 樓下就有7仔同大排檔, 離MRT約5-10分鐘, 附近好多野食同有間超級市場, 機場出黎搭MRT方便, 只需30分鐘

Nice hotel, good location but not good for a group
It is near lavender station. Has supermarket and food stall nearby. Hotel staff is friendly. I, my daughter and my husband stayed here for one night. Room is clean. But not very good for members About the toilet design. It is departed by window with the curtain outside. The curtain cannot cover very well. When you sit in the toilet and do very personal thing, others may see you form outside........... And the mirror in room.......put in very high position, I cannot see my face at all.

第一天用GOOGLE MAP是有點迷芒才找到酒店地址,但其實很近,只要大約10分鐘就到酒店,在地鐵站附近有食店是24小時開的,不怕會餓肚子.

雖然距離捷運站不是非常近，但是距離還可以，可以學著坐公車會少走很多路！ 房間非常小，帶大件行李的遊客會比較辛苦，會沒有地方放！ 附近有很多吃的，而且營業時間都到很晚，非常方便！

距離最近的地鐵大概要步行約十到十五分鐘，不過附近的生活機能方便，飯店斜對面就有便利商店，還有很多網路評價美食在附近，建議早餐可以到隔壁的(真的很近)再成發五金用餐，晚上則可去瑞春點心享用，瑞春點心對面的地下室還有超市可以買到便宜的水。 飯店人員都很親切，不過入住時建議可以先跟飯店人員索取吹風機(房間內沒有提供)，另外退房後還提供免費的行李寄放服務也很貼心。

有限預算內的飯店
位置：離勞明達地鐵站約10分鐘路程，途中會經過吐司工坊及fair price 超市，也有麥當勞及漢堡王跟許多餐廳可以選。飯店旁邊就是再成發五金咖啡店，可以吃早午餐或下午茶，假日晚上開到凌晨。10分鐘路程有米其林三星的大華豬肉麵。飯店附近也有吃飯的廣場，不愁吃。 飯店設施：入住單人房，隔音效果一般，還可以接受。冰箱有薯片跟飲料免費取用。清潔度感覺普通，吹風機要跟櫃檯取，走廊的香氛味不是很喜歡。 員工：值得一提的是當天提早中午就入住，員工很快同意可以先進房，並且態度很好，回飯店櫃檯人員都會很有禮貌的打招呼。

職員很好，房內的食物飲品都免費，還有一個小禮品，不錯，唯獨沖涼太快冇熱水，希望可以改善，整體來說都好。

讚好：職員與服務
Very good location, convenient stores and different kind of restaurant just around the corner. Room is super tiny, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
