I and my husband stayed at Rm 636 of Mercure at Stevens Singapore from Oct. 21 to 25. Basically, the hotel facilites are good though room is small as many other hotels are in Singapore. But I was completely disappointed to its housekeeping staff and the hotel management for their respond to my complaint about the lost of my Thai Club membership card in the hotel room that I was staying at. I was even told by the hotel manager on duty for searching my room for my claimed lost card when I was at present in the room of which she implied that I was making up the lost card "story" and denied their duty of taking my card from the card slot of the room on the 2nd day during my stay. This made me so angry and I would never stay at this hotel in the future. If housekeeping staff are not honest, the hotel guests' personal properties will be at risk.

Checked in experience was bad. Front desk got the credit card to make deposit. After that saying need to wait for 1hour, cuz the room is not ready. After 1hour, they kept asking me to wait. However, they help me transfer to similar level.
