It’s the F1 weekend so it was fairly busy so I do understand it was hectic. However, no information shared during check-in, no operator picking up the phone after 12am, no one did house keeping the first day we were there. And when they did housekeeping they started ringing the bell at 9am. And we realised we didn’t have a DND sign in our room when we walked past others and seeing they have one. Not a particularly pleasant stay but convenient enough.

I and my husband stayed at Rm 636 of Mercure at Stevens Singapore from Oct. 21 to 25. Basically, the hotel facilites are good though room is small as many other hotels are in Singapore. But I was completely disappointed to its housekeeping staff and the hotel management for their respond to my complaint about the lost of my Thai Club membership card in the hotel room that I was staying at. I was even told by the hotel manager on duty for searching my room for my claimed lost card when I was at present in the room of which she implied that I was making up the lost card "story" and denied their duty of taking my card from the card slot of the room on the 2nd day during my stay. This made me so angry and I would never stay at this hotel in the future. If housekeeping staff are not honest, the hotel guests' personal properties will be at risk.

Checked in experience was bad. Front desk got the credit card to make deposit. After that saying need to wait for 1hour, cuz the room is not ready. After 1hour, they kept asking me to wait. However, they help me transfer to similar level.

check in 時間未如網上所講下午二時可以check in , 問咗要等幾耐,只係答:我地盡快,都係無明確時間表明要等幾耐,結果三點幾先可以cehck in 到,不過態度感覺上還可以的,還好酒店隔離有餐廳.

入住時因為系統問題浪費了半個小時以上,嚇人人了!it got the system problem during our check in, too waste our time and scary! 客房服務很差,點個冰塊等一個小時。room service is bad,it took one hour to get our ice cube!

飯店本身清潔 服務都不錯, 硬體設備也好 泳池很讚 床很舒服 缺點是附近沒有超商, 離地鐵站走路15分鐘有點遠 吃的選項不多 只有兩三間餐廳 出入都得靠Grab或計程車

Will not chose this hotel again.....
The hotel is newly open in Dec 2017 and we stayed there in Jan 2018. I don't know if because they are newly opened, the staff training is not enough. We stayed for more than 45 mins for check-in. The reason was not many people for check-in, it was because the room is not ready yet. We were not early arrived hotel for check-in, actually, we arrived around 17:00 (2 hours late for normal check-in time). Unlucky, they said the room is not ready. Very disappointed for so big group of this hotel.

This hotel is basically clean and new. But the location is poor. You need to take shuttle bus offered by Hotel (10 am to 1:30 pm/4 pm to 10 pm) or bus after MRT. As a 4 star hotel, room is surprisingly small. Remark: Housekeeping forgot to clean my room on the next day.
