希望前台職員有待改善！
我訂的是家庭房，有50平方米。當我入住時，看見表格上已註明安排了419號房間，前台職員卻給我330號房間，我問他這是不是家庭房？他回答我是家庭房。當我上房間時，看見只是一間標準房，兩張單人床，再加一張小床，大約25平方米，擠得很，我要在這裏住6晚，不是吧！於是，我到前台詢問他，他竟然說：我不知你是訂甚麼房型。我就拿出我訂的圖片給他看，他在電腦找一番，就給我420號房間，他說：我不知道這是不是你訂的房型，你上房看一看吧！我上房間時經過419號房間正在清潔中，我走進房間一看，就是我訂的房型，再進入420號房間，就和419號房間相同。前台職員知道如果房間是清潔中，可以要求我等一下，或找相同房型的房間給我，為何要給我那間標準房，價格也不一樣啦！很氣憤！還要我走上走下，真沒趣。 第二天再到前台詢問有關乘車的問題，今次是另一位職員，態度也不友善。反而清潔房間的員工，每一個都笑容可掬，還會主動打招呼，非常友善。前台的職員要好好向他們學習一下。 房間方面，整體也不錯，最初看評語時，一般都說很殘舊，使我考慮了很久才決定訂下。但入住時發現可能已經翻新了，牆壁、天花、浴室也很潔白，地毯也算乾淨，不是想像中殘舊，印象良好。 酒店與地鐵只步行幾分鐘，附近有超市、便利店、麥當勞、餐廳、商場，非常便利；酒店對面有巴士站，坐123路巴士去聖淘沙只需2元坡幣，比坐地鐵再轉輕軌方便很多，而且還很便宜呢！

我這一次是自助親子旅遊(2大2小)，6天5夜； 印象最深刻的是新加坡人非常友善(特別是對小朋友)，有機會一定會再來新加坡自助旅行! Orchard Parade Hotel附近生活機能很棒，應有盡有! 交通方便，旅館旁有公車站牌(機場#36可到達旅館)，離MRT算近(約步行7分鐘)； 推薦有小孩的家庭可選擇來新加坡自助旅行，真的很方便，新加坡人太nice了(一路上都有熱心人士主動幫忙)。

Terrible Experience
Staff is not friendly. During check-in, I saw a staff was free in front of counter. i walked to counter. She asked me to queue. There is no queue line on the floor. I just stood at the back of a crowd. Another lady was free again. She did not notice us to come up. Once I walked to her counter. She left. When she came back out, she asked another couple which were after us to her counter. I was so angry. I asked them where to queue and who should be served first. A staff came but did not say anything of their mistakes. In this hotel, you would feel you were so wrong and stupid to ask for anything. My room never got cleaned with no reason. I needed to call and ask the room service to come clean. The lady told me morning shift did not notice her about this room had not got clean. No apologies. I definitely turned off the "Do not disturb" light and did not put the "Do not disturb" sign. They kept saying I might put on the light accidentally. I am 100% not!!!! They made me feel staying in this hotel I was so stupid. The room the staff provided is at 8th floor. When I reached 8th floor, I still need to carry my luggage through a stair which I do not expect. Make sure you asked for rooms that don't need to pass through stairs.

靠近Orchard Rd.，走路約5-10分鐘就有好幾家大型購物商場，餐廳跟超市、便利商店等在附近都有，地點算是蠻便利的。房間中規中矩，感覺比較老式一點，但乾淨整潔。飯店附設有游泳池和簡單的小健身房，整體來說很不錯。

飯店老舊，設備破損，隔音差，水龍頭漏水，空調聲音大。 因旅遊時間異動，第三晚無法住宿也無法退費，飯店說要幫我前2晚升級房間，結果升級的房間只有把2張單人床改成一張大床（還是2張單人床拼裝的），也沒面對泳池或市景，是面對另一面建築物外牆

服務員很好,要裝水請跟櫃台詢問，會幫忙推行李到房間，不需小費，飯店外頭就有敞篷巴士可以搭，離捷運站路程約十分鐘，有3.4家7,11跟一家麥當勞，還有星巴克兩家，跟二家當地大型咖啡店(還是星巴克好喝)

The location is really good, the price is fair, the only thing that disturbs me is that the room we have(we stayed altogether for 7 nights), the lights turned on automatically by itself at night for maybe 5 or 6 times after we switched it off again and again, quite weird and creepy, which leave us unable to sleep well for the whole night, hotel staffs said they will send the technician on the second day but situation still no change, luckily on the second night, we finally able to change to another room after mentioning the situation again
